I had garage flooding from an outdoor drain being plugged. Jeff, Cody and Larry all came on time, spent hours helping me find the issue. Cleared 30+ feet. We made it across the street to the sewer! Found it was plugged there and needed jetted. Jeff saved me 800 bucks + by getting ahold of the city! They came out 2 days later (the city) and jetted my lines. Thanks guys. Next time I need any work or repairs, I know who I'm calling

Excellent! Very reasonable for the major work needed regarding my kitchen/basement pipes.
I especially liked the serviceman Cody. He explained everything he needed to do along with what the cost would be to complete. Would definitely recommend this plumbing company.

Called them regarding a water heater that I thought was going out. They sent someone out that same day to take a look at it, and offered to take a look at the shower handle to make sure everything was in tip top shape. Will definitely use them in the future for any and all things plumbing!

We had a new faucet installed yesterday and today it wasn’t letting water come out. Called Merrit and they were out within 11/2 hrs. and the problem was fixed even though it had nothing to do with installing the faucet. Very nice young man, John, couldn’t have been more helpful. Very impressed!

I had a plugged up sewer pipe. Called Merit Plumbing out and they sent out two terrific technicians with all the high end equipment to get the job done. My pipe had a weird bend in it so they had to go on the roof and send the auger down the vent pipe. Now that is going the extra mile. I would highly recommend Merit if you have any plumbing or drain problems. Great local company.

An excellent topnotch experience -from office correspondents Jeff and Amy to a plumbing job WELL done in efficient time and guaranteed by Robbie ...who took pride in his work in craftsmanship and cleanliness (wearing a mask without me asking) and knowledge of plumbing and more ... very respectful gentleman. Very friendly and easy to work with. We had a lot of work done and they reviewed everything with me before they left to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction. They made a couple modifications without charging us extra. Definitely will use again.
