Reviews of local pros in Maumee, Ohio

They did an amazing job! Will definitely call them again.

Did a great job on our LR and sofa in about an hour. Great results.

Swangs does an amazing job. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Fast service and great prices.

Very affordable, were available the week after I called, and carpets looks great with pet stains removed!

I wouldn't call anyone else. Front carpet to grout to Upholstery Kris and crew are awesome.

I called Swangs Qaulity Carpet Cleaning today to discuss possibly hiring them for a few jobs I have going on in Ohio local to them and before I could even let them know what I was looking for the lady that answered the phone told me she wasn't interested and hung up the phone. They just lost a couple large jobs because of this. Very Rude

I'm giving this 1 star because I can't give it 0 stars. This business has no office that it works out of. One guy does all the cleaning and his mother schedules all of his appointments. This is barely a legitimate business and his "secretary" is so rude. It doesn't seem like he keeps any kind of records of his jobs. I don't trust his judgement.

True professionals in every sense of the word. I cannot say enough good things about this business. They are affordable, friendly, responsive and, above all, great at what they do.

I have been using Swang's Carpet cleaning for years on all my rentals. They have worked magic on some of the messes left by tenants. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

Great Job! We didn't realize how dirty our carpets were until we moved the furniture around. Swang's made them look new and smell great!. Thank You

Swangs has the best pricing for carpet cleaning in that I found while searching around. They were super fast to respond. The servicing was very fast as well and expertly done!

Kris does a fantastic job and he could not be any more professional, yet personable. Also, I found his mother a breath of fresh air when setting up my appointments, both of them worked hard to accommodate my carpet cleaning needs and I was thrilled with the results! I will be using them again and recommending them to friends😊
Thanks Swangs!

Mixed experience for my carpet and tile grout cleaning with this company. The price they told me when I booked over a month in advance actually turned out to be three times higher. I was told at booking I would receive a confirmation call the week of the service and I received no call - had to reach out via Facebook Messenger to verify he was actually coming the scheduled day, since we were moving all the furniture ourselves. The carpets were done very quickly and higher traffic areas were not able to be cleaned I was told. A couple stain spots still remained after the carpets dried. The biggest challenge was the tile grout - overall it turned out cleaner than before, however this was at the expense of what I believe was his tool causing some marks on my light colored porcelain tile and I spent over an hour after he left, cleaning all the grout cleaning splatters off my baseboards, walls and cabinets. Will not use this service again.

We hired them to clean 4 average size rooms plus a walk-in closet. He had it done in less than 1/2 hour. We were home while it was being done. After he left, my husband and I didn’t feel it was clean. My husband used our Bissell carpet cleaner and did all the rooms over. It took him 3 hours. The water was FILTHY - we knew our carpets were dirty but expected them to be clean when Swangs was finished. I called the business number later that day and have not heard anything back after the following day. Attached are pictures of our water after we cleaned the carpet ourselves.

So awesome to have clean fresh carpets and upholstery! We had 2 couches, 5 chairs, 2 ottomans and a settee cleaned in addition to 4 throw rugs. It is like a whole new house!

You can’t find anyone more thorough or willing to accept a challenge than Kris, Swangs does an amazing job and the level of clean is beyond that of what most people can understand, you can’t sanitize the way a Swangs steam clean does. Years of experience are reflected in knowledge and results I will recommend Swangs to anyone that wants the job done right the first time.

I have been with Dave for years. 2 different homes. Very professional and the windows always look brand new. Thank you Clara
