Crandalls was recommended to me through a friend and I am so grateful! Sean was friendly, professional, prompt with responses, and his team was efficient and did an awesome job. Any future lawn/gardening needs will be done by Crandalls. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

I have used Crandalls Quality Lawn Care at my former residence turned rental property for several years now. Sean and his team are friendly, thorough and often go above and beyond what is expected. Not only have they done yard work for us but they have also come out during snow storms to assist with the driveway and cleaned some very tricky gutters that many would probably shy away from. I would highly recommend their services.

After my car accident in April of 2017, I contacted Sean regarding some yard work that I would be unable to do for a while. He was extremely responsive, professional, and thorough in his work. I recently had surgery as a result of that car accident and asked him to clear the snow on our sidewalks and driveway and that work was just as great. I cannot recommend Sean and his crew enough as they take great passion in their work!

As someone with awful allergies and unable to do my own yard work, I so appreciate Sean and his team! Sean is very personable and quick to respond to messages, and his team always does a thorough job. I got his name from my mom's neighbors, whose yard always looked spotless. Now I get to be part of the club. :)

I called Sean this spring to see if he would take me on as a client to mow my lawn which is over 1/2 acre. Sean got back to me immediately and provided a very competitive and appropriate quote, so I hired Sean and his team. The lawn now always looks great, and Sean addresses any adjustments or special requests I have quickly and with genuine interest. He also recommended, and I agreed to have significant overgrown shrubbery in my back yard trimmed, and again having quoted a reasonable price, I have no doubt the job will be done well. Started out with a small late fall cleanup project and they did a great job. Very courteous and prompt. So had them do some flower bed revamping and it looks great! Now on to project #3 with them! After having a new cement patio poured by another company our yard was a wreck! Crandalls was able to grade out around the patio and repair the flower beds that were destroyed. It looks better than I could have imagined! Sean was so easy to work with, quick with the quote and ensured we were 100% satisfied with the job. The crew cleaned up after themselves and made any part of the yard they walked through look better than when they arrived.

We had a great experience working with Crandall's Quality Landscape. Sean was very responsive whenever we had questions. We have multiple flower beds that needed to be edged and mulched and his crew worked very hard in extreme heat and humidity to get it done in a timely manner. Our yard looks beautiful! Extremely happy with Crandall's. We had river rock laid around our above ground pool and not only was it done quickly, but it was done very well. Sean was also very prompt with getting out to estimate us and then getting us on his schedule. Our project was done within 30 days of him coming to estimate for us. Highly recommend.

Sean and his crew did an fantastic job. He came right out for an estimate after we contacted him. While we had to wait a bit to get on the calendar because of their schedule and our vacation, they showed up the day after we got home and redid all of our front landscaping in one day. His 2 guys were awesome! The rock ended up being a little thin, but after one text message Sean came out himself the next day to fix it. Everything looks great and we’ve gotten tons of compliments! I would recommend them to anyone!

Hands down would recommend Sean and his crew for any landscaping project! They completed our landscape with paver stones- and we have received so many compliments! Sean responds right away to my messages, the crew showed up when they said they would and worked hard until the job was done. Everything was completely cleaned up when they left, no mess. Sean is very knowledgeable about plants and trees. He went above and beyond to find us a particular bush that was hours away! I can't say enough good things. Wish I would have called them sooner!

Crandalls crew did an amazing job on my yard. Not one single weed! And it looks better than it has in years. I have used several other companies in the past and Crandalls by far has done the best work.

I fired this guy back in 2024, and not long after, my entire yard looked like it had been chemically bombed—my grass was completely destroyed. I wouldn’t even be posting this if I hadn’t talked to several other people who also hired him, had similar problems, and ended up firing him too. Turns out I’m not the only one. Some of them even said their yards were damaged right after they let him go.

This man is a total fraud. He will lie straight to your face and twist the story to make it seem like you’re the problem when his work is sloppy or your plants start dying. I stayed quiet for a while because, honestly, I was worried about retaliation—others have said the same. But at some point, someone has to speak up. I wouldn’t trust him with a single thing in your yard.

Look, I’m not one to write reviews, but this guy’s got me fired up. We signed a contract for weekly lawn mowing, plain and simple. Half the time, he didn’t show up. I called him out on it, said I was done with his service, and what does he do? A few days later, my yard’s got these ugly brown burns all over it—like someone dumped chemicals or sprayed something nasty. My grass is toast!
I did some digging, and turns out I’m not the only one this guy’s done dirty. Check his reviews; it’s a pattern. I’m seriously thinking about taking this to court, and if you’ve had a similar experience, you ought to speak up too. Leave a review, let people know. This guy can’t keep getting away with wrecking folks’ yards. Save your money and hire someone else! Picture is on his photo album on google

Our salon is forever grateful for their services! Our lawn is kept clean cut and looking professional. We even have deep rooted weeds that they remove .. this company goes the extra mile and it shows.

Excellent workmanship. Crandalls performed repair work on my house during the off season. The crew working on my house explained in detail the work they were performing, and did it promptly and cleaned up the work site each day. I will hire them again.
