Moe from Good Guys Roofing came out and did an inspection of my roof. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the issue I was having with my roof and helped fix it!

We had a great experience with Good Guys Roofing. I highly recommend them. Their large crew works efficiently and swiftly. They completed our roof in one day and the cleanup job they did was very thorough and meticulous. Our salesperson, Mohammed, was very helpful and attentive. Their price was good and in line with our expectations.

That was the best and fasted roof job I’ve seen, know plenty of roofers and never seen anything like it before all worked very well together and knew what they’re job was. Great at clean up. And the best part was the politeness of everyone of them ! Can’t say enough good things!!

My overall experience with Good Guys Roofing was positive. Mo, the salesperson, was informative, and the roofing crew completed the installation efficiently—finishing within half a day. I did have some initial concerns, as the work was done between rain showers, and I was having three new skylights installed in my sunroom. Ideally, I would have preferred the installation be rescheduled for a dry day, but I understand that weather conditions can be hard to plan around.

Communication did slow somewhat after my initial down payment, and I found myself needing to follow up with Mo a few times via text and phone calls to get updates on the installation.

There was also an issue with the counter flashing installation and the installer cut into the exterior brick face of my home, leaving a visible mark. After I brought this to Mo’s attention, he arranged for someone to repair the area and now it’s a little less noticeable. Also, sometime during the installation a random cable that had been attached to my garage got cut and instead of letting me know the installers wrapped it around a utility pole in my yard for me to find later on.

Good Guys Roofing is a very good company, tremendous crew with very hard working young guys. Very dependable, showed up on time and only took a half day to get my roof done. Davon was a very responsible young man, took control and showed initiative. Ali the final clean up guy did a fine job making sure not a single nail was left behind. Moe from day 1 was very impressive and I have nothing but great things to say about him. Wouldn't have wanted to go with any other company. 6/5 stars if i could!

Was very impressed and satisfied with our Good Guys Roofing experience. Put in a brand new roof 2 weeks ago, and we are happy we chose them. Before the project began, Mo did an excellent job communicating the roofing process and he was very detail oriented when helping us choose colors to our satisfaction. The morning of, the crew of 30 individuals came early, worked hard to complete the job before the evening that day. They were very professional and did a thorough job cleaning up and protecting all my delicate items outside. Definitely would recommend Good Guys Roofing to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, and meticulous roofing company.

I reached out to Good Guys Roofing after our gutter cleaning vendor let us know that there was a problem around the chimney.
I had an appointment scheduled within a day, and Mo came out to inspect the problem.
Mo was polite and courteous, and arrived on time as scheduled. He explained the deficiencies in my roof very clearly, and pointed me in the right direction.
All around fabulous interaction from start to finish. I would highly recommend Good Guys Roofing---no hard sales tactics, definitely honest and professional.

I met with Moe. Signed the contract for a new roof and gutters. They arrived with a large crew. I was busy inside the home. There were tarps over all the windows. My neighbors watched and could not believe the coordinated work happening. Two and a half hours later I walked out my front door and saw and was told they were done! Unbelievable! From tear off, to repairs and a new roof on! I cannot say enough how happy I am and blessed to have you. Being burned by prev. Interior contractors, I once again put my trust out and I am not disappointed. Everyone of the crew was respectful and nice. My landscaping was well protected. Ali came out after the gutters were installed. Ali ran magnets from the street through my property to get every little piece of metal picked up. Ali was detail oriented and left nothing undone. The follow-ups after completion has been amazing! Thank you all

I had an excellent experience with good guys roofing. The entire crew was polite and well organized. They even cleaned my gutters after the roof replacement. Definitely the best roofing company in the greater Toledo area would not hesitate to recommend!

I’m not sure why they didn’t name this company GREAT Guys Roofing!! Incredible experience from start to finish. Moe is a man of his word and made sure absolutely everything was done to my satisfaction and liking. Danny and the crew got here, started working right away, and worked extremely hard in 100 degree weather to get my project done. They were all polite, respectful, and in a great mood while doing it too. Seeing the owner of the company on top of my roof gave me all the reassurance i needed that the job was going to get done right. Not only did the crew do an awesome job with cleanup, Ali came in after the crew left and made sure there wasn’t one nail left behind. If anyone in Elmore, Woodville, or Genoa is looking for a roof replacement, the Good Guys should be your first and only call!!!

Where do I start. First I want to say that the workmanship is awesome. I comfortably watch their work ethics while the guys were tearing down the old singles. Every person had a job to complete to make this task so effortless. From tear down to the clean up guys. Also not only did they do an immaculate job with the roof. They did a complete sweep of my yard, front , back and around the entire house for any loose nails.
I highly recommend the Good Guys for any business or residential roof project. They get a 5 star from me! Such great work guys!😉

Good Guys did a great job replacing my roof. It looks wonderful. Serapio explained everything from the time of the shingles and dumpster arriving and when the crew would arrive. The guys started at 7 and completed before 2. They went around the house several times to make sure there wasn’t any nails or debris from the job. When the man came to pick up the dumpster, he pulled it to the end of the driveway and continued looking through the shrubbery and all over the driveway. Imagine my surprise when Thursday afternoon another Good Guy showed up with a (I think) large magnet and walked slowly around my property and through the shrubbery. I certainly appreciate the diligence of this crew. Thank you

I live in the small town of Hamler Ohio and had storm damage done to my roof. I called Good Guys Roofing and dealt with Scrapio as my main contact. He was very professional and informative. When the day came to have my roof done Danny showed up with the guys and did a great job in one day, in fact they were done in 3hrs. That was tear off and replacement of the roof. I recommend them to anyone who is looking to replace their roof with a quality job. If you get them to do your roof I'm sure you will be as very satisfied as I am.

Painless quote process, easy professional communication during and after.
Install day and process was communicated well in advance. Install and cleanup was done in under a workday.
Now for the most important part in my opinion. Quality of install and handling of any issues discovered. After inspecting job a few days after install, not 1 single missplaced/driven nail found- if you know roofs you know how important this is! However a few shingle edges were ripped and an area were it seemed a damaged bundle was used effecting about 5 shingles as it was centrally located and all damage followed the install pattern. This happens, in any industry any company large or small problems happen with human error for any reason. What matters is how the problems are corrected. In this case a few pics were sent to the office and a repair team was sent to correct the issues in less than 24 hours! This solidified my thoughts on if I hired the right company. Problems issues etc. are going to occur with a roof its part of home ownership, but knowing that someone has your back and stands by there work before and after is what all home owners should be seeking.
I would recommend Good Guys to anyone after my experience.

Update 10/30/2025:
Noticed a few spots on front and rear of house on starter shingles lifting/curling around 2 weeks ago. On Oct. 26th 2025 I had time to go check the spots again and I have about 5ft of buckling occurring running from the starter shingles towards the roof peak in multiple areas... 2 of these buckling areas in the front and a 3rd in the rear. This caused me to look a bit harder and discovered another (4th area) lifting/curling in the front at the starter shingle exposing underlayment which has also lifted along with a fastner exactly how the other spots began before the buckling runs started. I texted photos and issues to the office with a response that a repair team would be out this week to correct. I will update again after repair.

11/3/2025:
Issues fixed. Buckling in areas was due to freeze guard being folded over on itself during install. Lifting in areas was due to shingles tar strip not activated properly from lack of sun/heat. All issues addressed.

From the time I called to get an estimate to the finished roof, I received nothing less than excellent service. Serapio came out and examined the roof then sat down with my husband and I and explained everything to us. From the roof layers to the gutter installation to the warranties to the different color shingles and the durability of them to the different pricing options. By the time he left, my husband and I knew that we made the right choice in picking this company to redo our roof. The process from there was so easy and simple. We were scheduled within 3 weeks from our first meeting, we picked out a color and was informed of all the things we needed to know to prepare for the day of installation. Everyone that I came into contact with, was so polite and informative from the gentlemen dropping off the supplies the day before to the gentlemen letting us know that they were getting started on the roof and within 4 hours of them starting, they were all done! This was a great experience and I will be recommending them to everyone I know who needs their roof and gutters done!

Good Guys Roofing. The crew did an excellent job from start to finish. They cleaned the area perfectly and someone came 2-3 hours after they were done and went through the entire yard checking for debris and nails. Mo even stopped out to for inspection of the finished job.
