We were referred to Otterson through a friend of a friend. We had some work eduleddone earlier on our kitchen by another contractor, who eventually left us with incomplete work, and work improperly done, then just ghosted us.
Jake Otterson came in, listened to our story, then helped us come up with a solution, and gave us an estimate.
A date was scheduled, and lo and behold, two young men showed up on time and ready to work. The work involved tearing up some LVP flooring and properly reinstalling, some drywall patching and painting, changing a handful of outlets and a switch, and installing a backsplash.
These men tackled the work, helped come up with additional solutions (our house is old, so tearing anything open ALWAYS opens a new can of worms), and finished, cleanup and all, the next day. They all were polite, punctual, and personable.
Now, after nearly a year from when the work originally started, and only 2 days with Otterson, our kitchen is done and we are more than satisfied with the results.

I’m so thankful I found Otterson Contracting! I had several projects to address around my home and no idea where to start. Jake was SO helpful at talking me through all options. He called in his associate for the plumbing work, who was just as helpful and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job at the first set of projects we are tackling and I am extremely happy with the results. I would highly recommend reaching out for any home projects!
