Highly recommend! – very responsive, shows up and on time and speaks English.

We were referred to Otterson through a friend of a friend. We had some work eduleddone earlier on our kitchen by another contractor, who eventually left us with incomplete work, and work improperly done, then just ghosted us.
Jake Otterson came in, listened to our story, then helped us come up with a solution, and gave us an estimate.
A date was scheduled, and lo and behold, two young men showed up on time and ready to work. The work involved tearing up some LVP flooring and properly reinstalling, some drywall patching and painting, changing a handful of outlets and a switch, and installing a backsplash.
These men tackled the work, helped come up with additional solutions (our house is old, so tearing anything open ALWAYS opens a new can of worms), and finished, cleanup and all, the next day. They all were polite, punctual, and personable.
Now, after nearly a year from when the work originally started, and only 2 days with Otterson, our kitchen is done and we are more than satisfied with the results.
Thanks Jake, Jordan, and Sam.

I’m so thankful I found Otterson Contracting! I had several projects to address around my home and no idea where to start. Jake was SO helpful at talking me through all options. He called in his associate for the plumbing work, who was just as helpful and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job at the first set of projects we are tackling and I am extremely happy with the results. I would highly recommend reaching out for any home projects!

We highly recommend Otterson Contracting for anything you need done! Jake and his team came in to completely renovate our bathroom and we are so happy with how it turned out! All the guys that came in to work on the bathroom were so kind and easy to work with! They made the whole process enjoyable and we will definitely be using them for any future house projects!

I found Otterson construction through the Better Business Bureau, and I’m so grateful to have worked with them for our bathroom remodel!
Jake and Jesse went above and beyond to deliver high-quality workmanship for every aspect of our bathroom remodel. I needed ADA approved handicap grab bars as well as a shower seat installed. Our roll-in shower is amazing! Jake and Jesse, and their amazing work crew, worked with us to create a highly functional and beautiful bathroom oasis that will be a pleasure to use and enjoy for years to come. Call Jake Otterson for all your contracting needs; Jake and his highly skilled team are hard-working, prompt, and professional. Thank you for making our re-model a dream-model!

I found Otterson Contracting through the Internet and the BBB. I wanted someone reliable, that could do all the scopes of work I needed to get done to include tile, LVP, and woodwork.
They did a wonderful job on my tile floors, LVP (to include a bump/defect in the subfloor) and new casing and baseboards. Very happy with their quality of work and the guys were very professional and always let me know what was going on.
Would highly recommend them!
