Ryan and Bob came out, gave me a quote upfront, even let me watch while they hydro jetted my pipe, explaining along the way what they were looking for and what they were doing. They were both very professional yet friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

One of my renters called to tell me that his basement was flooded and I was out of town. First, I called a drain cleaning company from Barberton (The Magic City) They were rude on the phone and told me that they were too busy to help and would not respond to my flooded basement for at least two weeks. Then I found 911 Plumbing -- from the receptionist who answered the phone to Jeff who did the actual plumbing work, they are pleasant, helpful and very responsive. 911 Plumbing came out the same day, assessed the problem and kept me (and my renter) informed during the entire process of clearing the drain and getting the basement drained! Thanks again Jeff and the staff at 911 Plumbing! You will be my first call for any future plumbing needs. You guys are what everyone hopes they will encounter when they need to call a plumber!

WOW had there tech come and snake my kitchen sink he brake the snake in my drain then tell me they can fix it for 1100 hundred dollars so i asked to speak to the owner get this he walk out get in his truck and leave didn't even put the sink back together good luck if you choose this company 🤬

my experience with Adam Taylor was wonderful. He was sensitive and thorough and explained in detail everything he was doing. He is polite, knows what he is doing and efficient in his work. Rob displayed good communication and arrived at the scheduled time slot to start the job. Rob knew what he was doing and worked with great professionalism. Rob was great in explaining what he was doing and answered all of the questions that I posed to him. I would not have any hesitation with Rob returning to preform another job.

Dennis came out and fixed some major backup we were having with our plumbing. He's always been efficient and professional whenever we've needed work done. Definitely recommend.

Had an emergency plumbing blockage that needed immediate attention.. called 911 plumbing and they were out within a couple hours, my technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite, cleared the blockage in no time! Plumbing 911 was excellent! My kitchen sink pipes were frozen and they came out and got it running very quickly. They haven't frozen since! They also installed a water line to my fridge. An estimate was given before work was started and they ran everything by me before they did anything. I highly recommend them!

Jeff was great! Very friendly. He is very knowledgeable on all topics and answered in detail on any questions I had. I scheduled online early morning and they were here same day. Job was completed. I will be using them again in the future.

My main drain clogged up with a root ball coming from a big silver maple tree on our property and flooded my laundry room. I called and Adam showed up within 45 min of my call. He made sure that the Water went down in the laundry room and made sure the main drain was all the way clear. He suggested a low cost preventive to buy me more time until the next time I will have to call them back because of the angry roots!!! Plumbing 911 is my go to for all things plumbing. We love Adam (my dog Zeus does too) and would not hesitate to have him back again for future plumbing issues!!!!

I called, they answered! They delivered a brand new energy efficient hot water tank within 24 hours. The receptionist had no issues answering all of my questions and easing my mind about the entire process. The plumber that came out wore a mask, explained what he needed to do, and got it done within two hours with no mess. Great company!

Have used them multiple times in past. So when I had another problem pop up they were the first I called. Was able to get me an appointment quick. This time I had Ryan, he’s a nice guy and knows what he’s doing. Had another problem pop up that he was able to attend to right away. Will definitely use again in the future should the need arise
