Constraction reviews in Mayfield, Ohio

Keenan Company replaced a 48x16 foot ceiling that was falling. New drywall and paint. Perfection!! The crew was timely and went above and beyond for us. Couldnt be happier with the work!! A few more projects and I have every confidence that all will be great!! Management answers questions expeditiously and are very accomodating. Lucky to have found them!!

We hired the Keenan company to replace a bathroom fan and repair a damaged garage door frame. Both Dave and Greg showed up right on time and did excellent work. Not only did they clean up everything, the work was spot on. No signs of any work having been done in the areas at all. Everything works as expected and we are extremely pleased. We plan to hire the Keenan company for additional work!

Dan and his team did an excellent work redoing our basement. Everyone was very clean, friendly and answered any questions we had, as well as adding details we wouldn't have thought about. We love spending time down there as a family now!

Dan Keenan added an expansion coupling and reattached my electrical meter panel to my house after the panel was ripped from the house due to the underground lines/container shifting resulting in the damage. Dan made the repairs, arranged for a new meter from the Illuminating Company and attached the panel to the house in under two hours when time without power to my home in December was a high priority. Dan leveled and sealed the electrical panel leaving the completed job looking better than when the house was originally built by Amish builders. Clean up was complete and billing was reasonable and less than the original estimate. I would not hesitate to recommend Dan Keenan to others and I will use Dan Keenan, if needed, in the future.

My bathroom was old and outdated. The Keenan company came in and designed and turned my bathroom into the best room in our home. Beautiful craftsmanship. My next project is the kitchen and I will be using the Keenan company.

This was a great experience. The Keenan Company worked at my home for three weeks and they did a fabulous job transforming a very old, dirty basement and laundry room. I am very please with the result and I feel that is because of the care and professionalism each and every worker showed. Thanks so much.

My wife and I decided to update our 1950's kitchen and create an open floor plan of the main floor of our home. This entailed a considerable amount of work to be done. Walls were eliminated & built, electrical & plumbing replaced. A complete make-over. Drywall, paint, flooring, ceramic tile. The vision this company has, to take an idea of a customer and bring it to life is amazing. Dan replaced a load bearing wall with a beam across the ceiling and built a 4' wall around the stairs to our basement, which looks beautiful with a custom wood top. It's one thing to have a vision and pick out, tile, flooring and appliances, it's another thing to see everything together. I cannot speak enough about the personal touch they put on my kitchen. My home just increased it's value by $40,00 -50,000!! Everyday they made sure my house was clean when they were done for the day. Dan's lead guy Ahmed is nothing short of an amazing craftsman and extremely pleasant to talk to. Keenan Co. will receive any referral that comes my way. My home looks unrecognizably gorgeous, thanks to the hard work and attention to detail from the Keenan Co. Just in time for Thanksgiving!!

The Keenan Company did an excellent job and exceeded our expectations in the renovation of our bathroom. Prompt, courteous, reliable and responsive—- we are so pleased. The workmanship was top quality and they kept us informed step-by-step through the entire renovation process. Highly recommend them.

Dan Keenan and his company remodeled my bathroom and did a wonderful job. They were very professional, courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend them for any of your home repair or remodeling projects and I will definitely use them again.

I needed a range hood installed and called to make an appointment . The next day Dan was there to complete the project. He did a great job, was very knowledgeable, and friendly. The cost was very reasonable. I will use them for future projects.

Keenan Company provided outstanding service and exceeded my expectations. The work they completed was exactly what I needed and the pricing was fair. Dan was great and even worked around my crazy schedule which I appreciate. I will definitely be utilizing their services again in the future. Thank you for a job well done!

The Keenan Company did a spectacular job renovating my kitchen. All employees are professional and understanding.

While Dan and his crew were all quite lovely people the final services rendered were not at the level of craftsmanship I expected. The tile work, electrical and fixture installation is quite good. The finish elements leave something to be desired. Drywall finish is wavy in corners, baseboards were mounted at an angle and not properly cut in corners. The newly tiled floor grout was not properly covered prior to sanding of walls so the grout is three different shades of white to grey depending on how much dust fell. He claimed that the floors/walls were not level despite his opportunities to level them if they weren't. He also said grout is porous and will pick up dust, which sure it will but I expected it would be a few years not before the bathroom was finished. I was quite happy with the progress until the final week when everything seemed to drop off and the overall quality suffered.

edit 1: yes, Dan and I spoke a few times during the process. The re-install of the second vanity was billed, if you feel there was more labor involved that was not accounted for I would be happy to settle any debt. The single item I recall asking not to be charged for was the repair attempt to correct the wonky walls and baseboard as I pointed those out as deficient. The result of those corrections is in the attached pictures, do you feel this is reflective of the quality of work you produce?

Love the work done for me. I spend my most of my summer poolside on my beautiful deck built by Dan and his crew. His business partner and wife, Tosha is the absolute best!!! Thanks for all that you do with your business and also your community support partition. Grateful to you both. 🎉👍🏼💙

The Keenan Company just finished up working in our home, and we are definitely happy with the results. They painted our entire house and did some plumbing and electrical work. Pat and Jeff in particular did a wonderful job the entire time and were friendly and kind. As the project was nearing completion, they welcomed our requests for some touch ups and ensured that all of the requests were addressed. While the project took quite a bit longer than we had expected, this was in part our fault for not asking more questions about the anticipated duration of the work initially. Just would recommend clarifying that information up front.

Overall, we would recommend using this company, and in fact, we are having them do a yard project for us soon.

Dan and his son did a wonderful job installing the backsplash tile in our kitchen. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

Excellent job! This was my first-time using Keenan Co. and I’ll absolutely be calling them for future projects. I had a relatively small job that had the potential of becoming a large problem. They immediately called me back and quickly scheduled an appointment to check it out and provide me with an estimate and a creative fix. Tosha and Dan are both very responsive and courteous. They keep me informed of their work schedule, arrive as scheduled and stayed within their estimated job cost. I would highly recommend using them again. Great, local company.

This is an amazing company and I would definitely recommend them. Everyone was professional, reliable, friendly and helpful. I just had 2 bathrooms done and Miguel was amazing. He is so talented and meticulous with every detail of his work and I will definitely call them again. The price was very reasonable and definitely worth it. Thank you Dan and Tosha and all your staff.

Angel and Rob replaced 2 ceiling fans in my home yesterday. They were on time, friendly and knew what they were doing. Despite some issues with the fans, they were patient, smart, and figured out solutions to each challenge. I am planning on having Keenan Company install exterior railings on stairs up to my doors also. I really wish I had known about them before I had other projects done at my home!

My wife and I hired The Keenan Company to renovate our dated master bathroom. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. Their crew, especially Miguel, were courteous and did a fantastic job on our bathroom. We appreciated the constant communication with Tosha and Dan during the process. We highly recommend using the Keenan Company for remodels!

Dan, Miguel and the entire Keenan Team turned our old, non-functional bathroom into a masterpiece. Job well done! Also, Tosha and Ashley run a tight ship…very professional with excellent communication skills!
