Slow very very slow, called in ahead of time for two items. They took almost 30mins to pull them from the back and there where only two other people there. At least they had what I needed, but don't expect to take a lunch break on the way if you're heading to this Mars.

I used Mars' new online website to order Leviton parts. It was by far one of the best customer experiences I have ever had with an online retailer. For starters, their pricing was lower than anywhere else online for the part I needed. The site was extremely easy to navigate and place the order. The shipment left their store the next day. I had communication sent and received all the way through the process with their customer service associate Corbin, from after placing the order, to after shipping, and even a follow-up to make sure I received the order and to see if I was happy. If 10 stars was an option here, they would have it from me!

Pathetic service, they can't even get a normal order right. The mars in medina, ohio is the absolute worst, laziest store they have and Mayfield coming up in second. Not reliable on getting your material together and sales associates aren't firmiliar with the stock or it's use.

Patrick was the gentleman at the counter. It is not fair to give him ONLY 5 stars. He is by far a 10 star worker. I am a small-time contractor there are only three of us on staff.
