I have been trying to set up an appt with them for over a week and they do not respond to messages. Then when they do they claim all their Monday appts are unavailable. Yeah they just don't want business apparently. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

They did an awesome job with fixing my chimney. Mike is the best. He was so kind and helpful. I recommend them to everyone!

Mike Cook was awesome ..extremely professional and thorough. He was very nice and knowledgeable .. would definitely recommend!

Mike C. is nothing but prefessional and kind!! I will continue to recommend him to all of my family and friends in need of chimney care. Thanks Mike for all of your help in my home!!!

Tim & Mike were kind, knowledgeable, professional & funny. They didn’t even flinch when I screamed about the dead animal they pulled out of my chimney! I recommend them highly & felt safe in their presence.

If I had to give a definition of professionalism I would say it was Mike C. from Chimney Professionals and Masonry Experts LLC. Got the quality job done right and quickly. Would recommend him to anyone who was needing repairs on their chimney!

John was very unprofessional as he arrived. Once he looked at our fireplace he said he did not bring the correct tools. With him on-site we rescheduled for 15 days later in which he did not show up. I called and talked to him directly and he was very rude and ended up hanging up on me. Said business practices!

Mike Cook was very helpful! He answered all my questions, and was very professional. He does an amazing job. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

We had some difficulty working with their staff. It may just be these individuals and not the company as a whole, but they were very reticent in their communications, would not provide us a quote for the services we requested, and would not advise us on the repair. The whole interaction was just very odd and I am not sure what to make of it.

Still, I will say the estimator kept the appointment and did his work efficiently.

Update: We received one formal quote that did not match our request of services and then one lump sum number by email which did not explain anything. We thank you for this lump sum assessment, but the lack of clarity makes us hesitant to proceed.

Mike and Tim did a great job, when finished they cleaned up, couldn't tell they where there. The drone quote was pretty cool. Kept in contact with us during the whole process. We'll done guys!!

They were very professional and attentive to our time schedule. We were in constant communication regarding materials and dates. The work was well done and in a timely manner. We appreciated the clean up and felt they went above our expectations.

I had a 5-star experience with Chimney Professionals yesterday to tuck point a chimney and as necessary around my brick home. John Parker came in just a couple of days after I requested a free estimate. He was professional and thorough, pointing out several small areas that needed attention as well as much of the north-west corner of my house (across the street from Lake Erie) which gets a lot of weather especially in the winter. Within a week he and an associate arrived to do the work. They were professional, friendly and thorough and left me with pictures documenting all their work. They cleaned up when they were done. It was a pleasure working with them!

Have to say that John Parker and his team at Chimney Pros were exceptional. They were timely, neat and were able to address the issues with our chimney quickly. We are very happy with the work they did-Great job, thank you.
