Honest, reliable, skilled, positive attitude, goes beyond the call, and doesn't sell you any thing or service that you do not need. I've used his service 3 times now. Today was potentially for a new disposal, but he pointed out that mine was just jammed, and then he fixed it in short time. He also installed a rain barrel's downspout attachment for me out of kindness. Awesome!!

Gas hot water heater went out and Joe showed up within 30 minutes and fixed it right away. Service was fast and very professional. We will definitely call him again the next time we need a plumber.

Had a near disaster in the kitchen. Let's just say don't put a whole batch of tortellini down your disposal. Anyway, Joe promised he would fix it . He was professional,timely, and more than fair in the charge. I wouldn't hesitate recommending him for any plumbing issue.

Fast and friendly service. We called him first thing in the morning, and he gave us a reasonable time of when he would be there, and the price it would be for the labor and replacement parts we needed. This was no fuss, and he was very straight forward with us. He also gave us very clear instructions on how to fix our toilet in the future if we experience another issue down the road.

I needed some work done on the shower and all plumbers were either booked up for weeks or didnt bother to return my calls. Joe not only answered the phone, but did the work the next day. He was also very reasonable. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

I experienced water in my basement a few times in the past year, thinking it was flooding and i needed it waterproofed.
I had several companies come out and give me $8-10k estimates on installing a waterproofing system.

New Years Eve I came downstairs to 5 inches of water. I had a guy (not Do it all) come pump it out, remove and treat all the black mold that had grown, and move all my damaged possessions and drywall trash out to the driveway.

Called Joe at Do-it-all and he immediately recognized it was sewage backup, went in with a giant snake 8 times and pulled out loads of tree roots. He went in 45 feet deep coming in and out of it with roots. It was clearly the issue. He charged me very reasonably for the issue (took him and another guy around 1.5 hours).

I am leaving him rave reviews everywhere because he's an honest guy and deserves it! He saved me a $8-10k waterproofing job I didn't need.

Joe came out and fixed the problem in our downstairs bathroom. He was polite and cleaned up after himself. Best of all, the price was right!
