I called these clowns yesterday and scheduled someone to come out for service. This morning (10:00) I called to get a time window and was told someone would be over right after the job they’re currently finishing up. Someone called me around 11:30 and pushed the arrival time back to 2:00ish. I tried calling twice around 3:30, since they still hadn’t shown up, and got no answer twice. It’s now after 4:00 (they’re closed for the weekend) and not only did I waste an entire day waiting for these bozos, who never showed up, but now I’m going to have to push back another contractor I have scheduled for Monday. I’ve been jerked around all day. 👎👎

Called yesterday to schedule repair of damage caused by Lowes installation. Technicians called this morning on their way to house. Tested and replaced my damaged 240V socket in under an hour at a fair price less than quoted over phone. Techs were very professional and wrote ticket in support of my damage claims against dryer installation crew.
