Camen and his team were great though the entire process. He even sent out a few workers the day after to make sure the site was cleaned to our liking. His communication and response time during the entire process were excellent.

I was missing a shingle so I called them out to fix it. After they inspected my roof, they discovered I had storm damage from high winds. They said I should submit an insurance claim. They led me through the insurance process and turns out, my insurance said I was approved for a new roof for just my deductible. I am grateful for their help because I had no idea I would be approved for a new roof. I thought I just needed a quick repair.

I wholeheartedly recommend Camen James for his exceptional service. He demonstrated a remarkable level of professionalism, expertise, and assistance throughout our engagement. Mr. James consistently exhibited accessibility and responsiveness, from scheduling appointments to delivering materials and overseeing installations. I am thoroughly pleased with the quality of service he provided.

Camen James and the crew of C/M Contracting were amazing. Everything Camen said he did plus. This was one of the best experiences I have had. The quality of work was outstanding! I would highly recommend Camen James and C/M Contracting to anyone. Thank You Camen!

Today a crew of four men from CM Contracting replaced the roof on our Wooster home. I honestly can’t think of any aspect of their work that could be improved upon! Arriving before sunrise, they tarped around the house to prevent damage, and before you know it, the old roof was torn off and into the moveable, grass-friendly dumpster.

They worked in perfect harmony, renewing drip edge, then nailing down shingles faster than the eye could follow. Seriously! I didn’t think a nail gun would repeat nail that fast!

8-1/2 hours later, we had a beautiful, smart-looking new roof with every edge and seam line perfectly executed. Then I watched them clean up every tiny piece of debris around every side of our home, like they were never there. We chatted with them while they cleaned up, and found them to be as personable, courteous, and friendly as they could be. What a great experience!
