Your technicians are trained and able to handle the problem. My only complaint is that you do not set a specific time for appointment--8-5 is not the answer.

Repairman was friendly, helpful and professional. Repairs were made quickly.

The tech was very considerate of my time and let me know when he would be here to install the part to my washer. He was very professional and was quick to finish the job!

I wanted to thank you for sending out Vincente to repair my Dryer. He did an amazing job! He was very professional, on time , and explained everything he was doing and made sure to ask if I had any questions afterwards.I would highly recommend Vincente for any future appliance needs.

Vincent was extremely professional and thorough on this service call. He was apologetic that we had to have a second service call for the same issue in a very short time frame. He replaced all of the drum roller bearings as they were obviously bad. The one that was replaced on the previous call was also very suspect as the other three that were bad placed an undue out of balance condition on the one good one. Vince was top notch in my opinion.

Vince was amazing!!!!! Most intelligent repair man I've ever had the opportunity to work with. He took care of my washer the best he could. Very nice man.

Neil was fantastic. I was under a pretty strict time crunch and he got the job finished in record time and had me on my way with 10 minutes to spare. :)

My technician was amazing. So helpful and gave a lot of good advice. While he was unable to fix my machine he still allowed me to have hope it would be fixed soon.

parts too expensive to purchase, need to buy. new oven. very disappointing, but we have a small oven, so it was pretty much expected.

Jeff was on time, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He determined the problem with my ice maker and finished within 20 minutes of arriving. Once it starts making ice, I will be a happy customer.

Would like an update via text/email if technician is going to be later than original time. But Vince did an amazing job, very thorough and told me everything he was doing, when he was doing it. He is extremely personable and professional. He even apologized and explained why there was a delay on him getting there. Appreciate his honest work!

The technician (Neil) called and indicated he would be arriving within a half hour and he did.
His attitude and demeanor was very professional. He was thorough in answering our questions on both the Range and the Garbage disposal.
He left the area's he worked in clean when he finished the task.

Was sent by my warranty company to replace the computer board and did a good job

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great technician and he could explain what the problem was and how to fix it very clearly. I’d hire him myself if I needed to - well done!!
