Called to try and setup a time for an in home consultation and quote. Gentlemen who answered did not answer in a manner reflecting I was calling a business. Almost thought I had called the wrong number at first. Listened to the scope of work I was looking for and said he had to call me back to get my details/address. Never received a call back. Working with contractors and repair service vendors can be real hit and miss. Didn't get the vibe this one is reliable/reputable.
