Brian Halpin serviced my lawn, which I appreciate. My loyalty to TruGreen is dependent in many respects on having him be the specialist who treats my lawn. We have an established relationship and I find him very dependable and informative when I have questions. He's very knowledgeable and familiar with my lawn and problem areas. Other specialists have been adequate but not as good as Brian.
Don't do business with them. Terrible customer service. Cancelled service with 4 different people and they still sent me an invoice and charged my credit card for service they didn't do. Don't do business with them.
Each of my lawn and shrub specialist's has always been friendly, courteous and professional. Their care for the needs of my lawn and shrubs has made a significant impact on my landscaping overall. The lawn specialist, Brian, has always worked cooperatively with the on going landscape crews that have been here over the last three years, as changes and improvements have been made. The results of both teams have been fabulous.

TruGreen Lawn Care did not live up to my expectations. Our lawn still looks the same they have very bad customer service. We paid all of the money upfront we have one more application will never recommend this company to anyone. We were told they have been in business for forty years perhaps once upon a time this was a good company not any more.
Nothing but disappointment. Been with TruGreen for 2 years and the only result is a lawn full of weeds and a lot of wasted investment. Last year they killed hundreds of dollars of baby grass I planted in areas, while failing to protect my yard from weeds. Last fall I spent hours digging up crabgrass and laid new top soil. This year they again killed areas of new grass, while failing to protect against weeds. I have 3x as much crabgrass as last year... I'm to the point now I cannot enjoy my yard and I'm serious consideration bulldozing and starting over. All my efforts over the past 3 years to grow a beautiful, green, and thick yard has been destroyed by TruGreen. With countless hours and dollars invested in my yard, I have a burned out, thin, crabgrass paradise... Update (9/2): Rather call and discuss my issues, TruGreen schedules a random service without any correspondence. After calling to inquire, I found it was the same service they previous did the prior 2 months without results. With that knowledge I cancelled that application and terminated all future service. I'm over the lackluster product, no results, and mediocre customer service from parts of the company. The only positive of TruGreen has been John H. with the Mentor location. He's been very responsive and helpful, but the product failed him.
