Jabril from Anderson Plumbing did a great job for me. He listened to me, inspected the problem and provided both a temporary fix and a complete solution. Since water was shutoff to the entire house, his temporary fix allowed the water to be turned back on for the rest of our home and within two days was back with the parts to complete the project. He kept our home and his work area very clean. We are very happy with the completed job and especially the courtesy Jabril extended while in our home.

Harrison DeGree was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, polite and answered all of our questions! Very courteous as well! So glad he made our appointment pleasurable. We are on the MVP plan!

The company reached back out promptly and was able to get a technician out within 24hours. Ramel called prior to coming to let me know when to expect him.

Ramel was able to provide two different options and also explain the differences between what a different company suggested and to ensure we were not being oversold. Completed the work same day! Cleaned up everything and even shut off the water for winter!

Billy came to my house to diagnose intermittent failures in my furnace. He was kind, professional, and communicative in sharing what he was doing and why. Overall, the repairs took 30 minutes.

Garrett from Anderson HVAC was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He arrived with a new circuit board for my furnace and within 15 minutes he had my furnace up and running again. A+ service and I will definitely be using Anderson HVAC for any future issues.

From the vary beginning with Heather and professional service from Mike, it became very clear that I could feel as if friends were helping me out. I like the follow through all day and knowing Mike was able to check off all his boxes and let me know that thr system is running well. My 96 year young mom, partner and I will sleep much better. Dylan Japel was amazing. Very polite, professional and thorough. He knows his stuff. He not only fixed our heating unit but helped us in explaining after my husband asked about our A/C unit in the spring that they have a package that we could sign up for; which we did because it was a fantastic deal and saved us a lot of money. I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional service I received from Mike and his company. When our heat went out, I called and they truly understood the urgency of the situation - my family had no heat!! They came out the same day and after hours and on a friday!

Billy was amazing! Arrived quickly and fixed our issue during this cold weather snap! His customer service is top notch, friendly and makes sure everything is fine before leaving.

We had a furnace issue, no heat. Garrett F. came out first he was great. He was friendly, professional and competent. Had to order a part. Ben S. came out next ran into several issues and diagnosed the issue. Anderson had to end up sending someone to Columbus the next day for the part. We live in Ashtabula. He then came here and committed to stay until we had heat. Ben was great!!! He went above and beyond!!! We are customers for life!!!!

Called with an emergency plumbing issue this morning and Ty showed up a couple hours later. He fixed the problem efficiently and professionally. Even got me to sign up for their service plan. I hope all future experiences are this smooth and pleasant. He set the bar pretty high

Patrick was super professional and friendly. With no heat in the middle of the winter, he stayed determined and motivated to fix our furnace. The job presented many challenges but he remained calm and never showed any frustration. We were extremely pleased with his work and he even ensured everything was cleaned up before he left. Installed a humidifier at my house. Price was as expected, went from calling for a quote to installation within two days. Our technician, Garrett, was considerate of the fact that ductwork is often noisy and even tried to work around a sleeping child at our house. Great work all around!

Ben S. (Mentor HQ)was an absolute pleasure of a person, first off! What a great demeanor! His knowledge with the furnace and his ability to navigate the trouble shooting immediately showed he knew what he was doing and showed pride in his craft. He was able to diagnose the issue with in very short time from opening the furnace and from my explanation of issue. Ben quickly found the culprit but unfortunately the item was not on his truck. He thought the shop may have the component but to our dismay, that was no luck as well. Ben returned to my home and offered to order the part for us and gave us an approximate timeframe for complete repair. We were not in total desperation do too our home having two units!
I hope not to have another issue anytime soon .. but if it's possible I will be requesting this guy any day of the week!

Our furnace went out at 8pm on the coldest day of the year. The windchill was -19. Anderson Heating and Cooling came out the next day at 12:45. Deandre found the problem really fast. He had to drive to get the part that was needed. He got back and changed the part and we were back with a warm house with in short time! Deandre was very nice and professional. He knew what he was doing and made it all so easy. Thanks DeAndre and Anderson!

Harrison DeGree was absolutely amazing! This was a yearly furnace check-up, and he explained everything as if he were a doctor explaining a procedure to a patient. He has a fantastic disposition and was fun to talk with. He answered all of my questions. An amazing human. Thank you, Harrison!

I had a new furnace installed. Karl S. and Kledi J. were terrific! From start to finish they were professional and friendly. The install was not an easy one. My furnace is in a tight spot and they had to remove a door to gain easier access. They did this without blinking an eye! They did a great job cleaning up after words. I think they left the area cleaner than when they got here. A quick shout out to Patrick who came out to give me my estimate. He was also professional and answered all of my questions. I now have peace of mind going into the winter months. Thank you for the great service!

Damian saved the day!! He came and helped us even though it was late at night and he was so knowledgeable and so quick he really made us feel comfortable and he did amazing work 10/10!! We thought we burst a pipe, but it was actually just a cracked part in our dishwasher and he fixed it immediately with a smile on his face even though it was late at night. Can’t say thank you enough.
