Very professional and went above and beyond. They added a shut off valve and did not increase their original estimate on me. Also, was a blizzard and they made it.

After contacting several plumbing company's regarding the cost to replace shower cartridges I chose "MY Plumber" on 04/04/2025. They came out that day and over the phone provided a rough estimate of costs to replace the shower cartridges. The plumber (Matthew) was professional, customer friendly and did not over charge or try to over price the job. I was very pleased with his work, and I would utilize My Plumber again.

Since Google only allows one review per business, I'll address my most recent experience with My Plumber.
I have used this business on multiple occasions and never been disappointed.
Today Randy and his dad Charlie came to see if they could fix an off kilter shower door. The door was custom, so I was afraid a replacement would cost a few thousand. The guys had a plan and executed it perfectly!
They were as interested in saving me money as I was! It's a good example of a company that CARES!

Under contract to sell a home when inspector determined a concealed leak late in the day Saturday. Really appreciate Randy's perseverance knowing this was his last stop after an already long tiring day but the problem was solved and the repair was quick. Thanks again Randy and MyPlumber.

I had a gas leak by the water heater. The plumber Jordan showed me what was wrong explained how he was going to fix it and the showed me the repairs. He was on time and professional.

Tony is an absolute gem. He's polite, respectful, cleans up the workspace, very personable and extremely knowledgeable. We will ALWAYS request his services.

Got to tell you Alex was very polite and very professional he's a great worker I'd have him back in my condo for any plumbing needs and I'll give him a 5 out of 5

They showed when they were supposed to arrive at our house. Tiffany is wonderful at scheduling and giving information.ALL the plumbers are EXCELLENT! Today we had Jordan and Alex.They are very knowledgeable. They talked to us about the action plan to fix it with plan A and B. They did the work in a timely fashion And they cleaned up after themselves.
I LOVE MY PLUMBER!

I have worked with many, many plumbers, but Bill Mason is inarguably the best. He is deeply experienced, highly knowledgeable and consummately professional. He actually cares authentically about the quality and cost of the jobs on which he works.

The gentleman who came today, alex was extremely friendly, answer all of my questions and didn't overcharge us for the work performed... he was completely transparent and honest with everything that we needed and took care of everything.. including the disposal of our toilet, which we did not know, was included in the service...
He quoted us a price and gave us possible scenarios in case it went up by a little, which it did... he did all of the work performed himself & did all of the repairs extremely well and took the time to make sure that it was done correct!
He even showed us the work performed after he finished to make sure that we were satisfied with it... if I had to give it a stars reading out of 5 ... it's easily 20 stars!

We have used "My Plumber" several times though the 30 years we've been in our home and every time the people who showed up did a fast and lasting service. I would recommend them to anyone with a five star rating.

Tony came for an estimate. He provided all the pros & cons for alternates. Gave me information I didn’t know I needed. Great & personable gentleman.

It's New Year's Eve day and our hot water tank blew. I was so surprised and happy that My Plumber could come out that day! The service was wonderful.
