Tree reviews in Metamora, Ohio

Last week Roque tree service cut down 5 dead oaks with stump removal from my front and back yards. This is the second time I have worked with Nate and his team. The communication, attention to detail, care for the surrounding landscape, and efficiency are all excellent! I highly recommend them.

Thoughtful people with excellent skills and equipment.
The work was done efficiently and with careful clean up.
I look forward to calling Nate Roque and crew again!

Amazing work. Nate and his team were very easy to work with and scheduled us in quickly. We had a lot of branches hanging and growing around our power lines. For safety purposes I wanted them all trimmed back before the winter ice storms. He fit us in within the week, trimmed and removed a few invasive trees in a couple hours. Not only do I feel safer but our driveway looks so much cleaner!

Today was quite warm and humid, but The workers came and dealt with a very difficult evergreen tree as well as a maple tree tucked in a backyard. I couldn't ask for a more competent job than what these gentlemen did today. I appreciate it greatly!

I recently hired Nate for a tree trimming service, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and quickly assessed the trees that needed trimming, offering expert advice on what was necessary for both the health of the trees and the aesthetics of our yard.

The crew worked diligently, using high-quality equipment to ensure a clean and precise job. They took great care to minimize any mess, and afterward, they left the area spotless, hauling away all the debris.

I appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to safety, especially when working near power lines. The entire experience was seamless, and I feel much more confident in the health of my trees. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of tree trimming services and will definitely be calling them again in the future!

Thank you Roque Tree Services! Trimmed three trees, removed all of the brush and cleaned up a large amount of the fallen leaves. They were prompt, thoughtful of my property and lawn ornaments. Great job!!

Excellent company...prompt with quote...prompt with completing the job when said. Very professional. Price was reasonable. They even cleaned up the yard well when job was completed. Five star for sure. I would highly recommend Roque Tree Service.

Had some very large limbs of trees fall in my back yard during a bad storm. Called Roque tree service and they cleaned it up quickly and did a great job

I contacted Nate Roque on a Monday morning and by Thursday my falling tree was taken out. Nate had done another tree for my family last fall, a huge maple tree that needed to go. They were dependable, came when they said they would, and left no mess afterwards. Very professional and I will use them again if the need arises

From my initial connection with Roque Tree Service, it was obvious that they operate at a level above all of their competitors. That was further reinforced in my meeting with Mr. Roque. We walked both my property and my neighbor’s property to discuss the service to be provided to us.

Trees needed to be removed and trimmed along our shared property line. It was a major undertaking. Mr. Roque was patient in his detailed explanations of the work to be performed. His understanding of trees and their required care was evident as we walked our properties.

On the scheduled work date, Mr. Roque and his crew arrived on site. The crew was oriented on the required work. The job required maneuvering around landscaping, out buildings, fencing, and around each of our homes.

As the crew commenced working, their level of expertise was obvious. They paid careful attention to all details as they undertook a large, complicated project. Best in class equipment was used including a crane, lift bucket, enormous woodchipper, and remote controlled stump grinder. Hand saws were used for smaller branches.

The team performed like a well-oiled machine. They took extreme care to not damage any shrubs or fencing while moving massive limbs. After working for over six hours in oppressive heat and humidity, the crew still took the time to perform a very thorough clean up of the entire area.

Overall, every aspect of the job exceeded my expectations. I’ve already planned for fall work to be performed by Roque on several large oak trees.

I highly recommend Roque Tree Service!

The workers were amazing! Very polite and friendly and very knowledgeable about their work.Would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a great Tree service.

I contacted them and Nate got back to me the next day. We scheduled for him to come over to look at what we wanted done. He gave us an estimate. I talked it over with my wife later that day. I called him to agree to the terms. He found an early opening and fit us in. His team arrived at 9am and we're done about 11:30am. They worked well together, cleaned up our area and in neighbors where some wood chips or sawdust landed. 2-1/2 hours for 5 trees, some scrubby bushes, and took away a large 15' x 10' mulch pile. Highly recommend!

Roque tree service was amazing ! They were professional and did an amazing job. We had a very big tree next to power lines and they came in and got the job done! They cleaned up every last bit of the mess too. I would recommend them for any tree jobs !!!!!

Nate was very prompt and detailed with his quote and his crew did an excellent job. Very professional throughout the whole project including clean up of debris. My street is very narrow with limited parking, but their equipment allowed for easy tree removal on my property.

Roque was fairly priced and their explanation of the process, their own practices, and concerns were the primary reason we chose them over competitors.

During our tree removal, there were complications on removing the largest stump, which neither of us were aware would be there. The team left that night but I discussed the situation with the the owner in the coming days and we were able to come up with a plan that was better than the original plan and overcome the obstacle. There were a few followup trimmings performed on their return as well, that were not seen on the first day, due to the evening arriving.

While I was concerned with how the job had ended the first night because of the obstacle, the owner was able to salvage the situation. Issues come up that we don't expect but I really appreciate how the situation was handled and ultimately resolved.

Highly recommend! Trimmed and thinned out a box elder tree hanging over our pool and shed. Very experienced crew handled the job better than expected. No issues with the large limbs and no damage to the yard. Completely cleaned up work area and hauled away all of the limbs.

Nate and his team always do a great job. They have their business of cutting down trees, grinding stumps and hauling the mess away down to a science. Very professional and speedy service. Have used their service several times.

We had several estimates and their price beat them all. Nate came quickly to give an estimate to remove a large maple tree. His crew came just as quickly to remove it. Fast and efficient and cleaned up nicely. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Nate and his guys did a great job. The project required a large crane to work on a tree in our inaccessible backyard. Thr job was well planned and performed.

Nate and his crew did a great job! They were quick and efficient. I will definitely have them back out when im ready for the other trees!
