Tim worked around different time delays to get to my home to fix my refrigerator. He was professional, informative and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate his service!
-

The tech was professional and knowledgeable. Service was great!
However, confirming my appointment was not straight forward. I replied on the text to confirm but I did not. I ultimately had to call the service number to confirm my appointment. This is nowhere or explained in the text thread. Please fix? Thank you. -
Knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks for the great service

Dave serviced our brand new LG washer quickly and professionally. It was under warranty- no cost.

I was driving and an A&E Factory Service van did not think to check its mirrors or blind spots before nearly ramming into my car. Had there not been shoulder space for me to drive in to, this impatient and hazardous vehicle could have easily caused very serious damage to me, my passenger, and my vehicle. The driver who had long brown hair in a pony tail had the audacity to make faces at me for nearly hitting my vehicle! They ended up getting back into their lane after the debacle so I have no idea why they had to get into my lane the exact second my vehicle was near theirs, just to get back over. Please consider making sure your employees are in proper condition to drive before letting them on the road in a company vehicle that can be traced back to your business, and consider the safety at stake for other drivers on the road.

I told him of the my technician that didn't pull a vacuum when replacing the compressor as he finished the job the last guy wasnt able to finish and he said that it wasn't the proper way to do it but it should be fine. I asked him if he would pull a proper vacuum and he said he wouldn't as it was working. That sounds fine until it fails early and I have to pay for service again. This is upsetting. This was all part of the original service call and I would like someone to contact me. Don't let them tell you that a "pump down" is just as good as pulling a proper vacuum when replacing a compressor!
He did replace the fan that was an issue and did a nice job on that portion but my concerns of moisture in the system from not running a vacuum first were ignored again. -
David worked on my dryer, he is very knowledgeable and answered all me questions! If I need any other appliances repaired, I would hope he would be the technician.

David was courteous and professional. Also very knowledgeable and fixed the defective part on our washer in short order. He is an excellent representative for Sears Appliance Repair Service.

I hired him to fix my elderly parent’s stove. Scheduling online was a breeze. The technician was in touch with me several times today regarding timeframe and his status. He ended up being late and past his quitting time but still showed up to fix the stove. He was also lovely with my parents.

Estimated the repair cost at $400 for a $70 part that took me 10 minutes to install myself. He did tell me what needed replacing so I could do it myself.

The two gentlemen that serviced my dishwasher were knowledgeable and professional. Thank you!

George was very kind and informative to explain what he was doing

We appreciated the quick response. We were able to get a same-day appointment and the technician did come during the scheduled time. James B. was excellent. He quickly diagnosed and solved our problem - which was the same problem we had a year or so ago, a build-up of ice in the back of the freezer.
That problem, could be addressed by the installation of a gasket, as was explained to us by the technician (also excellent) the last time and confirmed by James B. The gasket was ordered the last time and was supposed to be delivered to us. It never came. Apparently, Sears does not carry the part anymore.
So, our suggestion for improved service is to make sure the parts necessary to repair Kenmore products are available. -
David has serviced our washer and dryer over the years and always gives excellent service. He is very knowledgeable, had a great personality and is a credit to your company.

This was the second time Tim Hamilton from Sears Appliance Repair assisted me with an appliance repair. He continues to provide outstanding service. Our LG refrigerator issue was quite perplexing - definitely not a standard/common fix, but Tim thoughtfully and patiently figured it out. I am so impressed by Tim’s professionalism, work ethic, determination & technical expertise. Thank you, Tim. You’re the best! If you’re considering a repair service, don’t hesitate to go with Sears & ask for Tim!

I appreciate David from Sears coming out and fixing the problem that was left from the last time it was fixed and they didn't do it right so if it would have done it right the first time David wouldn't have to come out, but he did it right this time and I'm confident that I shouldn't have any more problem. What else would like to reiterate Sears was not the last repair people to fix my washing machine, but I will definitely request them through Cinch from here on out if I have any more problems with any of my appliances.
