My husband and I highly recommend Unique Home Solutions. We had our gutters replaced and they look, and most importanly FUNCTION wonderfully. The members of the Unique Home Solutions team that we had contact with were friendly, extremely professional and provided superior customer service. As a consumer making a large investment in my home, I wanted a company that could help me understand their brand. I wanted to be able to trust in the product I was purchasing and Dave provided information that did just that. He presented the information and was not at all overbearing or pushy. He actually brought a sample gutter system so we could see, in person, what it was we were planning on investing in.Dave walked us through financing options which was not at all a complicated process for us. They guarantee their products and because of everything I mentioned, for any future home projects we will be using Unique Home Solutions. Unique Home Solutions seems to really care about their employees, image, products, and most importantly their customers.

Buyer beware! This company is RIDICULOUSLY overpriced! They quoted me over $38,000 for a siding job on my bungalow. I had already received two prior estimates, the highest being $10,300, just to give some context.
The salesman started the visit by talking about my gutters (which were fine). I reminded him that I did not need gutters, I only wanted an estimate for siding. He then wanted to do a tour of my home, which I did not permit.
When he came inside my home, he started asking about my windows. I again told him I only wanted siding. He started "measuring the moisture" around my windows. Ultimately, he quoted a price that included a window.
The "quote" was this $38,000+ figure he scratched out on a torn piece of notebook paper with no details and after showing me samples of windows and siding and a presentations for an hour and a half. When I told him, I was not interested and basically he could leave, he kept telling me he wasn't finished. I got him out of the door by agreeing to another meeting with the scheduler he called on the phone.
The owner came out the following week with the same song and dance under the pretense of checking to make sure the estimate was accurate. When I cut to the chase with him, he finally said he could not do the job for close to $10K.
While the quality of their materials looked good; however, it was not any better than what I had seen from other companies. It was a waste of my time and I would avoid them at all costs.

We had a back sliding glass door installed. They did a great job with the install, clean-up, follow-up. I particularly like that this is an employee owned company. All the employees really care about the company and its reputation. There was a minor problem with the door (not the install) and the install team promptly came out to review and fix the issue. I would definitely recommend Unique for your home projects.

The quality, professionalism and work done with Unique Home Solutions was flawless! Absolutely EVERYONE I spoke with either by phone or in person was extremely friendly and sought to meet my needs in every manner. They went BEYOND their needed jobs to be certain that all was perfect and just as I imagined. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of the work that Home Solutions is able to do. From the first call by John Kruse, to the home visit with Tom and Shawn to the phone calls from Nicole and the floor manager to the workers who all surpassed my expectations, I thank them. The warranties are greater than I imagined and I feel secure with the work and care that each person associated with this company gave to me. I am so happy that they found me, or did I find them? - In any case, anyone can call me personally for a sensational recommendation. Heck, I'll even do a commercial for this company because I an so happy with the outcome.

My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with our Unique experience. From the no-pressure pitch from the knowledgeable and friendly sales guys, to the expert and courteous professionals who installed both of our new bathrooms, everyone we interacted with was a dedicated, caring part of the team. The work was top-notch, performed quickly, and our home was left spotless at the end of each day and upon job completion. Great work, guys! We'll recommend and use Unique for any future projects.

I'm very happy with the service that I had with this company. The best part about them is the genuine care that they give to the customers. They were prompt, precise, affordable, and did a quality job on my bathroom. Every employee that worked with me was very personable and professional. I was especially impressed with the person who did the work on my bathroom, as he was dedicated to making all of his work flawless before he considered his job complete, but I was also very relieved and thankful that this company was able to initiate and complete the job from start to finish without months of waiting (the only wait time was about 3 weeks for the ordered materials to come in). This is an employee-owned company, and you can tell by how dedicated they are to making you happy and guaranteeing quality work.

There was an eight-month delay in this project waiting for another construction company to install a new roof. When I finally let them know that the roof was finished, they came to the job site and installed the gutters in a day and a half. I really appreciate the accommodation to my needs and the timely response when notified. BYT - It has been raining for the past 12 hours and the new gutters are performing flawlessly. Superb job and service to client!

We had never heard of this company before, but they have a "store" in the Streetsboro Walmart and our son entered us into a drawing for $25000 in home renovation projects. They called to confirm all of our info and of course wanted to come out to pitch us their spiel. Paul came to our home and was very polite and informative, everything you expect these people to be when they come to sell you something. We've had several companies out for various reasons in the last few years, but what stuck with us overall about these guys was that they do all of their own work, always. They don't subcontract anything out, their people are crew specific to their specialty. So if they come out to do a window replacement one week and then a bathroom remodel the next, it won't be the same people doing both jobs. We hired them to replace our big picture window in our living room and they came out in January to do it! They set it up so we weren't losing heat from the house and also to make sure none of our kitties got out. They did a fantastic job installing the window AND cleaning up. You couldn't even tell we'd had workers there and they got it all done in one day! Now, since we had it done in January, obviously we weren't opening the windows for fresh air. The first day it was warm enough, we opened them up and discovered that the screens weren't held in place by anything! We called them back the next day to get it fixed and they ordered the part immediately and setup a time to come out as soon as it was in. A week after they repaired it, they called to make sure it was still good and that we were happy. They're coming out over the summer to replace our sliding glass door. Hire them, you'll be glad you did.

UNIQUE HOME SOLUTIONS (review)

Unique Home Solutions came to our home and were very knowledgeable about our window that needed replacement. They took their time answering our questions & explaining whatever we needed to know.
The installation was very professional also. The installers came, kept everything very clean & neat and did such a great job I found (nothing, not 1 spec of dirt) after they left. They kept everything super clean and removed any debris and old window.
Before long they were done. They stopped by to check their work after and to see if I was happy.
They followed up about a few months later to again check to see if we were pleased.
We would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! Do your homework before using any contractor and get multiple quotes. My parents failed to do this. This company's prices are double what you would be paying for similar material and installation. Just found out they charged $8000 for a steel door and two screen doors for my parents. My wife priced out the same work and materials (she works for a home builder) and cost was a little less than half that. Rip off. Even worse: my parents are in their mid-eighties. Salesman totally took advantage of them.

Deceptive and snaky to say the least. BBB and AG are the next to be notified.

I was really impressed with Unique Home Solutions from beginning to end. The sales team was courteous and not in any way pushy. They were well educated on the product and were willing to help with any financial questions I might have had. The installation team was equally excellent. They made recommendations and explained all aspects of the job. The team was very professional, quiet, and extremely efficient. They worked non-stop until the job was complete. I was very impressed.

What a place! They are so helpful and informative. Megan was so sweet and had so much knowledge. Looking to remodel? This is the spot to be! Always have deals and there are so many options for what you are looking for. Definitely something for everyone. With top line products! What a great company!

Unique Home solutions was so easy to work with from start to finish. The gentleman who came to our home to show us their product and price out our new bathroom was so nice and we loved that he wasn't pushy and really listened to what we wanted. The guys who did the actual installation where nice and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They even swept and cleaned outside where they had worked. Great company and will definitely be working with them again!

Unique Home Solutions installed two windows for me a couple of months ago, when it was extremely cold outside. The triple pane windows insulated the room so well that I was able to turn the thermostat down! I was delighted with the service personnel. They were informative, personable and left the work area spotless. I have already told my friends about their wonderful products and service so I wanted to let other prospective customers know about my great experience. Give them a call, you will be glad that you did.

We had a new patio door installed this year by Unique Home Solutions. Their professional sales staff was willing to work within our budget, and their guarantee was the most comprehensive we've ever encountered in the home improvement industry. The gentlemen who installed our new door also had to deal with a lot of long-standing issues with rotted wood---they repaired, replaced, and installed everything VERY well, and cleaned up everything beautifully, right down to cleaning all the fingerprints off the glass. We would definitely recommend Unique Home Solutions, and would hire them again without hesitation. Just a really great company to deal with!

Unique Home Solutions have been to our house several times to fix what the Larmco Company did not do a good job of. UHS have done great work. They arrive on time as scheduled and their employees are very knowledgeable and courteous. We will have them back in the future

We just had Unique Home Solutions install two exterior doors, one storm door and a new pitched roof over our front door. They did a fantastic job. We are so pleased with the quality of the products and the workmanship. The 4 people working on our house were so polite and nice. They cleaned up when they were done. You wouldn't have even know they were here working. Would highly recommend them.

We had windows installed a few years ago and one has been a continuous problem. They have been out at least 3x and the last guy broke the window and said he was ordering a new one. That was months ago, now I have a broken window and absolutely no communication from them. I will call today but warning, there are better and more qualified window companies out there.

Leaving two stars because they MIGHT be legitimate and helpful in their services. The low review is for their calls. I left my number with them over 2 years ago for a sweepstakes and they've called more than once asking multiple questions about my home. I said I was happy and don't want any work done. They say "last question" followed by 3 more questions. I feel bad for the pressure they are under but just had to hang up.

I had a new back door installed. The outside frame was rotting and the original door itself pretty beat up. 2 technicians came out, and it took only a few short hours to install. They put up a barrier to keep dust and debris outside. When it was done, took extra care to reinstall alarm and remove all debris including the door, and moved back furniture. The door was expensive, but totally worth it! Both men friendly, professional and competent. Very happy with the results!

I made the mistake of signing up for a sweepstakes and free quote. Right off the rip they said someone had to come into my home to go over the quote, very pushy on coming into my house. After I told them my dog is not people friendly and refused. The salesman came to my house at 7pm and was very adamant on coming in, again I explained my dog WILL bite a stranger and its a No! My husband and son had long days at work/ school and practice and hadn't ate yet. We tried to explain we would like the quote so we could make dinner and feed our diabetic dog on time and give her insulin. The salesman still went on and on. We were getting hangry and multiple times tried to get this guy to leave. By 9pm he finally is leaving but is extremely pushy on getting a sale. When we told him again this was our first quote he came back with a rude snarky comment "Oh, so I came out here when you weren't even going to book anyway?!" From the start we told him we wanted a quote only. Now I'm dealing with them calling me constantly when I told them not to to begin with. Very pushy and very over priced! Rude salesmen who only want a sale!
