Absolutely great service its fast and reliable.

Second time using Great Lakes, highly recommend. Able to accommodate the day/time I requested, showed up on-time, fixed my known problem and at my request did an inspection of the rest of the system which revealed a wire which had been severed behind a wall which was causing 3 outlets not to function (and which may have eventually become a safety hazard). Fixed that too, all for a very reasonable price. I was really surprised at the price, expected it to be much more. Collin was our technician and he was great to work with. Will definitely be using these folks anytime we need electrical work - Thanks for the good experience!

Great Lakes Electric recently installed a new whole house generator for us. We could not have been more pleased. I wish all companies were like them. After waiting months to get someone out from a local business we heard about Great Lakes in Milan and they were fantastic. They came out within a week of our calling them and within 2 weeks we had our new generator installed. Workmen and staff were all professional and punctual. They left our property neater than they found it! They were a pleasure to do business with.

During the sub-zero winter storms, I was getting power surges. My heater was turning on and off. My 2,500 fridge was destroyed and thick dark grey smoke started coming out of the video player. I called every electrician in a 50 mile radius that I could find. Great Lakes was the ONLY place e that cared and saw the problem as an emergancy. They showed up in the freezing cold and found the problem was OUTSIDE. Everythung has worked perfect ever since. They fixed it in sub- zero temperatures! Thank you so much Great Lakes. I tell everyone I know about you. I will never forget it.

We had issues with our pool pump which had cut off power to all of the outlets outside. They immediately discovered the issue... the company that was here yesterday to replace the faulty switch on the pump used the wrong switch. It was loose and was short circuiting on the fan metal housing. Great Lakes Electrics went above and beyond to fit us into their schedule. They were fast, efficient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company for an electrical issues. We have used them once before and they haven't let us down. Thank you for saving the day and getting our pool up and running! You guys are awesome!
