Jacob S was awesome!! Came first thing in the morning & immediately identified the issue, got the part from his truck then fixed immediately. Whole process went very smooth and quickly. Nice & friendly as well. Talked to him about future projects as well, very helpful!

Matt was awesome! We had water everywhere so called them and they had him to our house within the hour. Super friendly and professional. Took care of the issue and gave advice for restoration companies. Not a fun way to start a morning with water all over our house but Matt took care of it quickly. Definitely would recommend!

Cullen serviced our kitchen sink in our office break room and was able to get our sink back to functioning as it should!! Very personal able and professional! Along with being respectful to everyone he came into contact with! Highly recommend Cullen and 1-Tom-Plumber for services needed!

I had the pleasure of working with Sonny Boyce of 1-Tom-Plummer. (Cincinnati) He was excellent at diagnosing a complex sewer backup issue. It took him very little time to find and fix the problem and I would highly recommend him and the 1-Tom-Plummer crew. His professionalism, confident demeanor, and drive to fix the problem quickly was superb.

Amazing work across the board. I originally reached out to them through Home Depot, got an estimate and review for the replacement of my water heater. They were very honest and knowledgeable in all of the questions and requests I had. There was some delay before we went through with the replacement, and in that time they were no longer with Home Depot. I went through another plumber because of this, and was dissatisfied for a few reasons. I felt like they were attempting to up-sell me, they had to reschedule 4 times, and they were unreachable directly for updates, questions or concerns. This had me circle back to 1-Tom-Plumber to have them complete this replacement. They were in and out very quickly the following day. Professional, reliable, and honest.

Ben L came out to look at my pipes after my house inspector said I may need to get them jetted. Ben went above and beyond, telling me what was/wasn’t normal and what he recommended. I know nothing about pipes and he explained everything to me in a way I understood. 10/10 service. Will definitely use this company again because of Ben’s dedication.

Sonny and Connor were here for our sink that was clogging. They were EARLY to their appointment and were super clean and organized. Also gave great advice. Very happy. This is our second time using this company and have been happy both times.

Scheduling was fast and easy, they were very communicative via email for things like appointment reminders and invoices, and our technician Sam was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us great advice that made us feel at ease. Austin and Max did a phenomenal job diagnosing a major leak in our yard. They were professional and kind, took the time to explain where the leak was and what steps will need to be taken next. Anytime we have any plumbing needs, we call them first as they always do great work. Oh…and the pink plunger is cute too!
