I highly recommend this company, our church was in dire need of emergency plumbing services, it was very nice to speak to this company as I was unsuccessful in reaching any other company (during my time placing calls for same day service), when I spoke to the representative, they were very pleasant and I was shocked when she said someone could be in route within an hour. From start to finish, Brad was very great to deal with, he was very transparent and calm and was very informative when he was out to inspect and write up all of the details for estimates. Once the work had been scheduled, Brad and Parker were the ones assigned to the job, it was nice to have the same guys come back to do the job. They had a lot of work to do at our church with replacement of gas pipes, it turned into a very extensive job, however it was impressive how they handled it and completed the work within a day and a half. This company is professional, pleasant, friendly and it’s safe to say if West Side Baptist Church had any future plumbing needs, we will definitely reach out to 1-Tom Plumber and his team. Thank you 1-Tom-Plumber, we are glad your company helped our church get back to functional again!

Sam did a phenomenal job! He was personable, thorough, and conscientious. He was very forthcoming throughout the process, making sure I understood the charges and what he was doing along the way. He made certain that he had thoroughly removed the clog and explained to me how to avoid that issue in the future. He protected our flooring and cleaned everything up afterwards. One Tom got us scheduled the same morning and Sam was finished and out the door less than 3 hours from the time I called. Could not be more pleased with One Tom Plumbing and SAM!

We found 1- Tom Plumbing a few weeks ago after a DIY mishap that could have turned into a very expensive mistake. Instead, they stepped in and saved us about $10,000 in contractor fees. Huge win….not all heroes wear capes!

Today, Jared came back out to install our water softener, and once again the experience was excellent. He was on time, professional, clean, and genuinely friendly. He even took the time to look at another plumbing issue we were having and fixed it on the spot with no hassle.
