They replaced a belt on my apu but put it on loose. Now it squeaks whenever I turn it on, waking up the other drivers. So I have to take it in yet again, costing me more down time to fix what should have been done right the first time.

Came here for reefer pm service. First hour thy done inspection and just gave me estimate of over 2k. And told me your pm service is not due but need these repairs to do. Which i never asked for any inspection.. after 4 hour later got out with still huge bill in hand ,totally ripoff .... try this place on your own risk....

very good place to get your repairs done here .They will go out of there way and very thorough in their work. Very professional. They just finished up this brand new KW putting APU unit on it

i’ve been going to this shop for many years now. everyone i’ve dealt with is a total pro...the gal up front getting me past invoices, the parts gal, the mechanics, and the supervisor. i’ve had some complicated tripac issues and unlike a lot of places, these guys actually want a detailed description of the problem and don’t tell me to shut my piehole after 10 seconds. then after they fix my stuff they tell me exactly what they did in detail instead of just kicking me out on the street like a moron. and to be honest, a couple times when i brought my truck in i was really mad at the equipment (i was loud and slightly obnoxious) and these guys were smart enough to know i wasn’t mad at them, just at the equipment. total pros in every way - i was treated like an owner/operator. other locations could learn from these guys

My refer sucked air into the line and wouldn't crank, all I needed these guys to do was prime me real quick so I could crank it. Took them 2mins to prime my trailer so I could start it and they still charged me a full hour of labor which was 194 dollars.

I should have just looked it up on YouTube. Expect to be charged if they even have to look in the direct on your refer

Great location. Facilities are the only limitation here. They work miracles with what they have available. Not enough bays and a week only has 7 days. Chris is a great Leader, Troy is a beast, Chad a genius and Henry keeps the parts coming even though itb feels like Biden Administration could care less about the supply chain we are fighting thru.

Great place lady at the desk was very helpful took a minute to get me in because loaded trailers have a priority but when Randall did get me in he fixed my problem and got me out and I only got charged the actual time it took to do the job not we brought you in at 1pm and got you out at 5pm so we need 7 hrs of payment I was charged a pretty fair rate considering the number of jobs that they had going on thank you for holding up the value of the customer

I'm a owner operator and if you have a tri-pac you understand getting your unit repaired you usually sit in the waiting room hoping your not going to be ripped off I've experienced it in the past not at this thermo king took care of me in a timely fashion. Had a problem with the unit after PM brought it back found a crack fuel line fixed it at sent me on my way no charge.

Reefer broke down with a load of meat on. After hours. Called when I was 1/2 hour away, wasn't there waiting more than 5 minutes when Andy showed up. He was a pro and had me going in a short time. Sure is nice to deal with professionals who know what they are doing. Thanks again Andy!

Arrived at 8am and found out they were open earlier just web page was not correct. All individuals there were professionals and took care of problem quickly and kept me informed of problem and solution. Only drawback was drivers waiting area is small. And tv is older and small and satellite TV is lacking channels overall 5 stars no issues. Drivers among arrival entrance is the left side of bldg and door is on far side. Sign states service entrance. This thermoking is one of the best for sure

Nice staff and quick service. Had to have the radiator replaced on my apu. Biggest down side is that the drives are had 3 terrible chairs and a 15 inch TV. Literally nothing else. Not even water. The drink machine didn't even work

The people were very polite and friendly. They diagnosed the problem with the apu and repaired it in a very timely manner. Andy explained everything and even checked the unit for any issues that might arise from the installation in Arizona and resolved them. Will definitely come back
