HVAC reviews in Millersburg, Ohio

Very professional and honest.

Very Professional & Honest Company.

Berlin is far and away the best HVAC company in the business. Jimmy is awesome. Will call them for all future needs. Thanks for always being there!

Wow, what a great company! recently we had our Geothermal system go down, another company did not know how to fix the problem. We called out Berlin Heating and Cooling and they sent out 2 guys the same day and got us up and running. They will 100% be doing our maintenance from now on. we also referred them to my Family who needed a new System and they installed a new Rheem Furnace and AC. My Family was very happy with the Professionalism and Sales process and they love their new Heating System it is very quiet and comfortable.

This place is a joke. By far the WORST contractor involved in building our custom home. Some of the workers were not friendly at all (others, thankfully, were nice and respectful). Terrible communication regarding the layout of our HVAC system and how it would affect the framing of our finished basement.

In regards to our new HVAC system working properly, it took complaining to the owner when the house was just completed to come out and fix the (very obvious) issues we had… and now, no surprise, our AC units are wired wrong and not working. Beware and look elsewhere for your HVAC needs.

Excellant service.

Couldnt help with what I needed

They have service!!!

Great people. Great service

Great customer service!

This is a great company, great people to work with. The owners and the techs are all very knowledgeable about what they do, and do quality work.

Got them to come last winter and do a ingniter on my furnace and it broke first time I tried to turn my heater on this winter and I know it shouldn't have broke alrady

Berlin Heating and Cooling are top notch. Marion and Mae and their team of friendly professional and highly competent techs are my only choice for HVAC for my businesses and personal equipment. Plus they have the best products in the business RHEEM. It’s great to have them available to help when I have a need in HVAC.

They won’t come out and put a part in my uncles furnace when they were the ones who installed it….. I recommend not to use them since they can’t help people out!! I hope they go out of business…..

I called them at the last minute to take care of a problem for a customer. They were fast and very helpful in getting my customer taken care of. Culligan will continue to count on them.

Top notch customer service!!

We purchased a newly built home that Berlin Heating and Cooling had installed the HVAC system in. Our house wasn't heating properly, so we called the emergency line since it's 20 degrees outside. Clay answered my voicemail within three minutes of calling and drove two hours to troubleshoot and fix our issue. Prompt, professional service and explained what the issue was and had it repaired within the hour. I would highly recommend their services!

I can't say enough good things about Berlin Heating & Cooling. We had an estimate made last year for central air and decided to wait a year. I called early this summer to schedule and they were able to pull up my paperwork from last year and get me scheduled in within a few weeks and our air has been wonderful. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much! Job well done!

May 2020 Update
We moved to a new house this year and had such excellent service with Berlin Heating & Cooling at our old house of coarse we called them right away. Marion came out gave us an estimate with a few different options. We agreed to have the work done and they came out in a timely manner and fixed us up with a new furnace and a/c unit. The staff is super friendly and polite. Berlin Heating & Cooling are great people to work with. I highly recommend them!
