Hello, we have used D&J plumbing a number of times since moving into our home. A couple of those times were emergencies. The owner has never tried to upswell and their prices are fair. They seem to be very busy but try to fit you in. We had some water in our basement and the isolated the problem and did not charge for the visit. We will continue to use their services.

Thursday night our hot water heater went kaput. Friday I called D&J Plumbing. Mike told me they can replace it that afternoon. Steve came out & was done in a little over an hour, which included a run to the hardware to pick up parts. He was very efficient, cleaned up after himself & everything works great! Everything about our experience was very pleasant & I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Wow, what a great company! recently we had our Geothermal system go down, another company did not know how to fix the problem. We called out Berlin Heating and Cooling and they sent out 2 guys the same day and got us up and running. They will 100% be doing our maintenance from now on. we also referred them to my Family who needed a new System and they installed a new Rheem Furnace and AC. My Family was very happy with the Professionalism and Sales process and they love their new Heating System it is very quiet and comfortable.

This place is a joke. By far the WORST contractor involved in building our custom home. Some of the workers were not friendly at all (others, thankfully, were nice and respectful). Terrible communication regarding the layout of our HVAC system and how it would affect the framing of our finished basement.

In regards to our new HVAC system working properly, it took complaining to the owner when the house was just completed to come out and fix the (very obvious) issues we had… and now, no surprise, our AC units are wired wrong and not working. Beware and look elsewhere for your HVAC needs.

This is a great company, great people to work with. The owners and the techs are all very knowledgeable about what they do, and do quality work.

Got them to come last winter and do a ingniter on my furnace and it broke first time I tried to turn my heater on this winter and I know it shouldn't have broke alrady
