Thank you Richards Heating and Cooling for working tirelessly replacing my 40 year old furnace and dealing with issues not related to the furnace due to old plumbing with no shutoff valves. You guys put in a very long day. My house is warmer and safer thanks to you!

Seth came out and did some work on my moms hot water tank in very cold weather, very professional and great quality of work. Will definitely keep them in mind if we need more work done.

American Legion Post 375 has Seth come in and check our beer coolers, ice machine and refrigerators routinely. He always leaves a detailed note of what he has done and what if any thing will be needed done. (Our beer coolers fan was making a noise so he came and checked out, and of course was going bad, so he ordered and replaced before it did). Always comes when he says he will and answers his phone any time we call.

Seth and his crew are top notch! Handled a gas issue I had in my trailer ! It was a propane system as well and propane is a very hard to diagnose gas, but not for him! I recommend calling him if you are in the area ! Ryan.

I tried calling on a Friday night at 10 p.m. and had a call back within 10 minutes. I have an 11 month old daughter and I was worried about her being in the extreme heat. They were able to squeeze me in before noon on a Saturday which was beyond appreciated. The owner Seth came out himself and had our AC back up and running within 30 minutes. We are thankful for Richard's heating and cooling. We went a month without heat and our ac quit working in the summer. Richard's heating and cooling was able to get us in within a week and a reasonable price. We liked Richard's heating and cooling more because everytime we called and asked questions he always return our calls with a reasonable time and gave us his honest answers which we greatly appreciated. He said it would be a 6 hour job for both the new ac and a new furnace but him and his team got it done within 4 hours!

Seth and his crew did a wonderful job. They replaced out old furnace, hot water heater and ac unit , to high efficiency. The job was done fast and very professional. The establishment we was given was right on . No hidden cost. The whole job was done in less than 2 days. I would highly recommend them.

Seth and his crew got right to work and did a thorough and professional AC install. Very friendly and mindful. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the AC unit itself and the manor in which it was installed. I will call again if I should ever have any finance maintenance or needs. Called Seth on a Thursday afternoon. A technician came out Friday morning and checked it out. My 40 year old furnace finally died. I was quoted a price for a new furnace including parts and labor before he left. It was really reasonable. They showed up Monday morning at 9:30am. By 1:30pm I had a brand new furnace. The work performed was great. The guys were friendly and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. Hauled the old furnace away. Very happy with this company.

Seth has been servicing our heating and cooling at our local Salon and spa for 4 years, and has just recently installed a new furnace and air conditioning system which has saved us money and made us much more comfortable.

Excellent service. Seth was very helpful when I decided to swap out my old fuel oil furnace for a new propane one. Even going so far as to make an exception to the company's seasonal hours to work around my very busy schedule. Pricing was fair, and the work was done well and efficiently. Seth was very responsive when called! He listened very well and explained everything clearly! His crew was very courteous and was able to replace my heat pump system in a matter of hours. So after being ripped off by another local company, we decided to get a second opinion & I'm so glad we did. First off, when I called Richard Heating & AC late on a Sunday night expecting to hear a voice mailbox, the call was answered. My 80 year old mom's furnace went out on a very, very cold day. I told the owner of this company we would be okay for the night ( had heaters), so he arrived the very next morning even though I'm sure he already had a list of scheduled appointments. He checked out the furnace, explained the problem, and had the problem all taken care of the very next day. We felt very comfortable with him & know the total cost was fair. I would recommend this company 100%. My mother saved almost $2000.00 !!

They have a fast response time, and went above and beyond to help me out. Highly highly recommend!
