They installed sprinkler system. After a bit of pricing issue, the install was great. Had a few issues with head placement. The owner himself came out and corrected. Had system winterized and spring startup, was flawless. GREAT COMPANY.

Today, I called about coming out and looking at my system. I saw on their web site that they did system upgrades. The person I spoke with, a lady, basically told me that they preferred to do all of the work themselves. Fall shut-down, spring start-up and any maintenance involved with the system. The feeling I got was that that they would set the terms as to what I had them do. Not a good feeling when hiring someone.

When she asked me what my locations was I told her and she said, "Oh, we don't go that far" I live in Lambertville, Michigan. 5 miles north of Sylvania. 22 miles from their location. I am sure we are closer than many parts of Toledo.

This is the first time I have had an issue with a Toledo company coming to my location for services. If it is standard to not service all of the Toledo area, it would be better for potential customer interaction to learn how to be less apathetic when doing it.

I thought about leaving a one star review, but, I believe that is for very poor performance. Since I never got to that situation, three is fair to me.

I’ve worked with Aqualwn for many years in a business relationship. When using them on my personal residence, they continued to be prompt, fair, and professional. Very responsive with questions and “how to’”. Highly recommend them!

Scott did an amazing job on my irrigation system this past spring, as well as my hydro seeding and sodding. I had a pool installed and they tied in a whole new backyard system in to the pre-existing front system. They came by multiple time through the next several months to check on the progress of the grass and to make sure the sprinkler system was working well. They did some spot work with the hydro seeding because my yard has some grade issues. They saw a few bare spots sprayed again for no charge. Incredibly thorough and always prompt. Can’t recommend them enough!
