Guys came by and did a great job evaluating my home for a damper system. While they did not think it was a viable solution, they gave us other options and were professional and friendly. These days, this is worth more than money. We will be using Monroe for all of our HVAC needs.

Luke went into detail about all the issues I was facing with my AC unit. He explained how everything worked (or didn't), and how to correct it. I'd definitely welcome him back for any future issues.

Service tech arrived to look at system, he informed us we had a leak somewhere either the outside coil or inside, with the age of our unit we made the decision to replace the AC unit. They arrived the next morning early to replace the unit! Couldn’t be more happy with the quality of work and knowledge of service tech as well as installers.

They came out to our house, told us the repairs that were needed and gave us a quote. We’ve been trying to reach them back to schedule the work, after 2 days of calling with no response we are moving on to someone else. Don’t waste your time or your 99.00 for a quote. Meanwhile we sit in a house with no AC and it’s August.

Hassan did a great job explaining g everything about how to change the air filter, and how often. His recommendations were very good

He was very friendly and informative. He explained everything as well as cost before actually doing the work.

Brandon was fantastic. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and repair our HVAC system to get our AC running. He was friendly and easy to talk to and did not push anything but gave an honest assessment of the system it's age and benefits of a new system. Most importantly though he fixed our issue quickly. I will be reaching back out to him in the future to get a quote on upgrading our HVAC and appreciate the professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge he had to offer.
