The sub-contractor they sent me to grade my yard and install a french drain doing buisness as BOLT were friendly and courteous enough but were not fast nor efficient. A one to two day job is still not complete and they have been working on and off for over a month. First they dug my trenches for the pipe but forgot a part and took several days to come back. Then after they seeded my yard they did not bring enough straw so part of my yard was left uncovered and open to birds for over a week. So now my grass is uneven growing. The pipe connection from my pump to my downspout was left leaking next to my foundation during several days of rain. Finally came back and sealed that but the hole wont be filled until he "is next in the area".
