Awesome group of guys. They did great work. You wouldn't think someone would be so happy with something as mundane as an electricity upgrade, but it's fantastic. They were here working non stop for hours and came on very quick notice. They cleaned up after themselves, too. Also, while they were professional, they were also fun and made everyone comfortable.

Deposit was collected from CT for work to be completed. Date for completion was rescheduled multiple times, but never completed. When I requested funds to be returned, received no response and no refund. Poor communication and lack of professionalism.

I had been working with two other contractors prior to Veteran that kept giving me the run around about completing a project for me. Four months into the process, I was referred to Veteran Electric and within 24 hours they were at my house giving me an estimate! Then they have the job completed for me within the week!! I have an old farmhouse that needed rewired since it was knob and tube. Ct got it done with minimal damage to walls and did everything he said he would and more. Very reasonable price for the amount of work especially working with the old plaster and lath. If I ever need anything again I will without a doubt call him. Not only a great guy but I consider him a friend now

I had 3 wired smoke detectors go off during the holidays. CT knew what the problem was within 5 minutes. Replaced the bad fluorescent lights with LED shop lights.He also cleaned up the .hanging electrical wires.and capped off open electrical boxes without me asking and with no addition charge. His work and work ethics, excellent.. I would definitely recommend this company.

CT Neal Electric did a great job upgrading my electric panel in my home. I called Monday morning with a few issues that were concerning me. CT came out and inspected the same day. After determining that I would need to upgrade my ancient panel, CT and his employee Blake, came to my home the very next morning and upgraded my electric panel. Blake was able to get us upgraded with the electric back on within the same day. Both were professional and did an awesome job! Blake did more then pick up after he was finished, he vacuumed afterwards! Impressive! I’ve used contractors before, and no one EVER did that!!! Will definitely use again! I would recommend CT Neal Electric to any and all of my family and friends! Thanks again!

CT Neal promised a Generac installation in March of 2023. He got $7500 Cash from me as he said he was just starting this phase of his electric business. Had to call him in June to find out where we were on instal and he said he couldn’t get the generator 🤷‍♀️. I told him I wanted my money back. CT Neal never showed up with the money as he promised and never answered my calls or responded to my texts.
It’s been 21 months. What did you do with my money CT?

He does not respond to phone calls or text messages. Our job was never completed. We told him what we want and he was so on and off the job site so much things got done wrong and he won’t return to fix them and finish hooking things up he left unhooked. Save your money people and use someone else with a good reputation.

i was asked to provide 50 percent deposit $2400. I felt comfortable doing this because he came highly recommended to me. once he got the money he never showed up to do any work would not call me back would and not pick up his phone. I ended up taking him To Small Claims Court he never appeared. The magistrate who heard the case sided with me and approved the judgment against him. After I sent an email to him explaining the judgment I did eventually start getting a few phone calls and text messages from him indicating what it happened and that he was gonna get me my money back he Was very apologetic. I even took down my original review because he said the bad review was making it hard for him to get work he said he needed a few weeks to get me the money a few weeks became a few months and now he's totally ghosting me again I cannot get him to respond to anything I have seen none of my money back. Three or four years ago my hunches he did great work my friend would've never referred him to me and he was actually a neighbor of my friend but for various reasons clearly he's not running his business the way he used to run it.
