It was the worst experience of my life rude was an understatement the disrespect and right poor customer service was something I've never seen the likes of and hope to never again

I used this company to have a new heat pump put in. Had other issues after it was installed. I called he never showed up. Tried calling again, he wouldn't answer our phone calls. Now I have had to get a new company. They installed a new furnace. The AC still wasn't working, so called the new company to come back. The compressor had gone bad and now I find out he didn't register the warranty on the heat pump so now we are not only out the cost of labor that should have been covered under the warranty had he answered phone calls, we are out the cost for the parts because he didn't register the warranty at all. Would recommend using someone who does their job and shows up when they are supposed to and registers your warranty. That way you aren't out three times the money you should be.
