I called this company months ago to assist in an issue I was having with my boiler. They couldn’t help which I understood (it was a big job). Once the job was complete I contacted them once again just to simply turn the boiler on as I had repaired all of the issues we were having (holes in boiler lines due to previous owners neglect). I spoke with Steve Thursday morning and he promised to call back that never came through. I called him again Friday morning and he stated he would give me a call back. This conversation was around 9 AM. After not hearing back from him, I called him once again around noon. He told me he was working on the issue, and would once again call me back. I later received a call from the state of Ohio building of commerce with notice that Steve had turned me over to the state of Ohio. The state agreed with me Steve needed to focus on his job and not mine, I need the boiler lit before the state can tag it! Mind you, I have 14 units without heat!
After countless issues with Steve I finally called in professionals at Protech. Leon from Protech was out within 20 minutes of ONE simple phone call. I now have a working and state approved boiler no thanks to Bell and Blaire. CALL PROTECH if you don’t want the runaround Steve will give you!
