Aaron has a one-of-a-kind passion for the remarkable work he does.

Check’s Property Maintenance core aerated our lawn and did an excellent job. They were professional, attentive to detail and good to work with.

Did a great job with snow removal on commercial property for my business. Prompt, responsive, and goes above and beyond to make the job that much better!

Just moved to the area and didn't have lawn equipment, called Check's and they responded very quickly and got me taken care of. Reasonable price and very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone in the area!

Hired them for a one time snow removal at my house. Super quick. Came within 5 minutes of calling. Very friendly. Would use again. Will be calling in the spring for landscaping.

Aaron is a professional, and he knows & cares about what he’s doing. You won’t regret having Check’s take care of your property. I’m also proud to say he’s one of my former 6th grade students! ☺️

Aaron did some cleanup work on a property that's getting ready for sale. He made sure to get the work done on time and correctly.

We have been using Aaron and his crew for the past few years for landscape work and fall clean up. Highly recommend !

Very professional. Really good quality work. I hired him for full service snow/grass/mulch. I rather spend the money on an upcoming small company. I feel like smaller company's care about each customers business more.

Aaron is very detailed and takes pride in his work. If you are looking for quality lawncare and consistent maintenance, Checks Property Maintenance is the go to.

Aaron did a wonderful fall cleanup in my back, he saved ‘my back’ with the outstanding job he did….highly recommend for any of your lawn needs.

I have been using Check Property Maintenance for 3 years and it has improved every year! The attention to each detail is wonderful and I always feel I have the BEST looking yard in the neighborhood. Always prompt and returns calls and texts in a timely manner.

Aaron is very professional, timely, and efficient. He did some landscaping clean up for us and it looks fabulous! Was also very impressed with how well he cleaned up the worksite when he was done.

These guys did a great job. This wasn’t just a regular lawn service - aerate, dethatch, rototiller, and grading sections of the backyard. Everything turned out great and they take pride in their work. Ran the mower once around too. Hire them, you won’t be disappointed.

Aaron Moncheck was immediately available and completed the job quickly and thoroughly. He's very friendly and personable. He didn't push my gravel into my lawn like other plowboys have. 100% will call again.

Quit wasting your time trying to find the right crew to provide your lawn and landscape needs. Aaron and his guys are the way to go. Very professional, polite, and takes great pride in his work doing so in a timely matter. Easy 5-stars. Best in the area.
