These guys took down a monster of a tree surrounded by power lines houses and cars didn't scratch anything they were very quick and I couldn't believe how reasonable the price was thank you guys if I ever need a tree removed again you'll be the first I call

Lousy service Promises made but not kept They left my back yard in a mess Cut down wrong tree Poor Incomplete job of stump Sections of my fence removed and not repositioned as promised grinding Oil leaks left in front of my house and neighbors Matt Mueller in a rush to take your money but will not return your calls I’m left with even more expenses to fix their very poor and incomplete work I learned too late but I advise to search for better

In good faith - just cannot recommend this company in any capacity - still waiting - after 6 months - to have a job completed as promised... I guess my FIRST mistake was paying them in full for a job that I had faith in that they would complete --- my bad - I take full accountability for their bad - I should have been smarter and wiser - I was not.........

On Monday, July 20th. A crew from Mueller tree removed a tree from a house on Plantation Dr. Hudson, Ohio. After they left my husband and I removed large chunks of wood from the street. In addition, the marks from their equipments' tires have left a complete smear of black tire marks on the road.

This company destroyed my yard and never came back to finish the job after payment. I checked with the better business bureau and the company has 11 complaints. I don't take the loss!

Mueller tree cut down trees at my neighbors. An oil line on one of their trucks that was parked across the street from my house. The line ruptured and sprayed oil all over my car, our tree lawn, driveway, mailbox etc. Oil is running into the sewer drain. The employee got in the truck and acted like nothing happened. The police came and did nothing. I am calling the police again and filing a police report. This could be hundreds to possibly thousands of dollars in damage if I can't get the oil off my car.

Mueller Tree removed a large maple tree from my daughters lot. They did a nice job. Were supposed to come back to grind the stump which I paid for but they have not returned and I can't reach them by phone. Frustrated!!!!!!

They're professional and efficient and they go that extra mile! I was very happy with the work they did and highly recommend them.

Mueller Tree Service destroyed my yard. They cut a tree down at the neighbors house behind me. Their inexperience wouldn't let them get the truck back there through my neighbors house so they decided to come one street over and drive through my side and backyard to get to the tree. The heavy truck left big truck tire divits throughout the whole path they drove through my yard. From what I've read and heard about this company it is standard practices a former employee told me. The owners and his hired hands don't care what you think he said its all about the money for him. He said he actually quit because he couldn't treat people that way. Now I know what I've stated about what this former employee said to me is hearsay to you but what they did to my yard is facts. Others did see them drive through my yard. So as I set out to sue my neighbor who hired them let it be known maybe the next time it could be your neighbor suing you over this company.

Mueller Tree Service removed 3 trees & trimmed 2 trees at my house. They showed up on time and cleaned up everything very well. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree work done.

Stay as far away from this company as you can. They did almost $1000.00 dollars in damage to my house and refuse to make it right. They gave me promise after promise they were going to fix it and never did. Took them to small claims court, Judge says they owe me $800.00 dollars, Still to this day I haven't seen a penny of it months later. Matthew Mueller from Tallmadge, Ohio is the owner of the company and cares about nothing other than making a quick buck. You have been warned about Mueller Tree Service and I highly recommend calling a professional tree company for the work you need done. Please don't make the same mistake I made. If you value your home as much as I do, stay away from Mueller Tree Service.
They are now using the name A-1 MUELLER TREE INC.
Same people with the name changed which they seem to do quite often.
