New Albany Cleaning Services

DO NOT USE!!! Most of the girls are nice and very thorough but i do know one steals and the owner KNOWS about this!! He refuses to do anything about it and keeps things hush hush for some unknown reason.She has stolen prescription medicine and money,anything she can fit in her purse!!! She has also rifled through peoples belongings.When telling the owner,nothing was done with the employee. The owner harasses employees and customers and doesnt have any adequate proof of the accusations he brings forth yet he keeps a THEIF!! He has been to court numerous occasions for the accusations,wrongful firing.etc. He needs to be out of business!!!

I wanted to love them. Truly, but here is why they are reviewed so low.

Pros:
- They do a walk through of your place, give you an estimate of how many people should suffice for space to be cleaned and general estimate.
- The staff are all kind!

Negatives:
- even if they give you an estimate of number of people and cost range, they don’t adhere to their walk through.
- They charge per number of people that come to your house regardless of size. If that day they went to a large house with a staff of 4 people then go to your small apartment even if you DON’T need the same amount of crew you are charged per person.
- they won’t adjust number of people per size of your home. It’s also based on day you book. If that day they have 4 or 5 or 3 or 2 that’s what you get. If they had big houses with a large crew you will by default get the same number of people then be billed for it.
- you must tell them PRIOR the limit of how many crew you’d want. They don’t put into consideration the sizes of your building in comparison.
- they send invoices delayed.

New Albany Cleaning Services has been cleaning our office building for several years. They do a great job and are not disruptive to our daily business as past cleaning companies were. We highly recommend them!
