Not sure how this company ever received a 5-star rating. We were told they would be here early morning to start work because they had 8 hours of work to perform, they showed up at 10:35. We recently had water in the basement and everything was pulled out of the laundry room, so I guess they thought we didn’t care what our house looked like. They moved the utility sink and the drain came apart which put water all over the floor and they proceeded to track dirty water all over the stairs and in the upstairs when they started to replace our toilet. At one point one of the workers asked if I had a master bathroom, like he thought he could track in there to use it!!!! After they left, we noticed the gas pipes connecting to the bottom of the new water heater are at an angle because the wrong length of pipe was used which put stress on the water heater gas inlet. The utility sink was left pushed up against the wall and not beside the washing machine, where it was before they started, as the washer drains into the sink. The outside vent does not look like a professional installation, it is an eye soar as it is at our deck beside the door. The water heater was supposed to be setup for ComfortFlow recirculation but we were not getting hot water at the bathroom faucet right away, so I researched the Navien NPE-240A2 and found the bypass valve inside the water heater was in the wrong position. The technician doesn't know how to properly configure the Navien NPE-240A2 water heater. The work indicates the job was done fast not right with no consideration for how it operated or looked. I will NOT recommend 1-800-Plumber + Air to anyone. Very disappointing.

Great work. Very professional and personable. Came prepared and were completely finished without any qualms in under an hour. This was in under an hour of being called for a leak.

I will call them again if anything goes awry.
