Outstanding service! Very professional and courteous!

I am beyond impressed and appreciative of this company and their plumbing services on every level! From their friendly staff while scheduling, communication on timeframe day of, and especially with the help of their expert plumber, Mark who did an amazing job (efficient, effective, clean and extremely courteous and honest). This was a second separate plumbing issue we have had in less than a year and I couldn’t be more grateful for Mark and Best Plumbing!! It’s worth mentioning because often service teams are not as reliable and fair priced and do the kind of quality work as this company has now done for us not once but twice and I will always call them first!

Tyler and Mark saved the day! I had an issue with my water heater today and these guys were patient and walked me through on how to reboot it over the phone!

Of course I'm going to recommend them! These guys are my heroes!

The plumbers from Best were professional from start to finish, making sure they used the entrance to my home that made the most sense for bringing in the new hot water tank and removing the old one. They were friendly, efficient, answered all my questions, showed me how it worked and cleaned up after themselves. 100% satisfied and highly recommend!

Great service. Was working through a warranty company and Bolons Plumbing was my assigned contractor. Though the warranty company took a little longer than expected, Bolons Plumbing came out and knocked it out of the park. Shawne Bolon was in contact with me every step of the way and kept up with making sure I would be able to get scheduled and get my water service line taken care of. Him and his crew came out. All great guy's, located the line, connected to it and pulled my new line through. Hooked everything up and double and triple checked everything before having the city come out for inspection. They made sure I didn't have any new leaks and had everything buttoned up in a very timely manner. Definitely a solid company to work with and they would be my ultimate go-to in the future for any other plumbing needs. I highly recommend if you need plumbing work done to call these guys first. You would not be disappointed. Overall service is not cheap, but after the coverage from the warranty company, my out of pocket expenses were extremely reasonable.

It was good but had to call another plumber in to get to real root of issue. It ended up being our washer, we think.

Had a jammed garbage disposal. Called in near the end of the business day and they were out early the next morning. Quick, friendly and professional. I'll definitely give them a call again if I need service.

The tech replaced the main water shut off valve. He had everything needed to do the job in one visit. Very well done I recommend them and will use them again if I have a plumbing need.

Very misleading website. False Advertising.
Says “free quote” and “request estimate” on their website. Then they charge a service fee when they come out, even if you don’t proceed with any work. Just awful.

Photos of the website are attached. This is so misleading. It very clearly says free quote and estimate for plumbing issues.

I am filing a complaint with the BBB and will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. I hope this company doesn’t deceive any future customers. Please change your website so it doesn’t say “free quote”.

The team at New Albany Plumbing and Drain was great about clear communication up front, and out softener and sump pump installation was done exactly as planned, paying attention to our preferences as it was done. Results so far are good!

Zero stars.... i got a text saying the technician is on his way at eight o'clock, the tracker link didn't work so I couldn't tell exactly what time he was coming. I called at nine o'clock, saying it's been an hour, when is he coming?And the lady said he should be there any minute. Later I got a call from him, saying it's gonna be here another 45 minutes.. he shows up. I show him where the issue is, he brings out his phone and says it's $400.. he didn't look or try a thing. And I told him that's not what we agreed to on the phone with $99 plus any labor and it hasn't even been started yet. I told I'm not gonna pay it. And then I called the service back. Talked to another lady and she said she'd call me back after I told her the story she has yet to call me back..

My son recommended New Albany Plumbing & Drain from his experiences. They were the perfect solution for my broken garbage disposal. I called at 10:00 A.M. hoping for an appointment that day. I was immediately impressed when I heard a live voice. Alexis was so accomodating by scheduling an appointment that day between noon and 5:00 PM.

Chris called at 2:00 PM to tell me he would arrive in the next 15 minutes. He arrived and immediately went to work providing me with a total estimate to install my purchased disposal. Chris is very personable and provided me with valuable information regarding the use of the disposal. He completed the installation, cleaned the area, and was in his vehicle by 3:45 PM. I was impressed with his punctuality, professionalism, and work quality. I will use New Albany Plumbing & Drain for all my plumbing needs in the future.
