I was impressed by the thoroughness of Feazel’s Sales Representative, Jordan Peplinski. He took photos of my roof from the ground as well as climbing onto the roof for additional photos. He also went into attic to inspect the sheeting for problems. He brought examples of the shingles to be installed and the ice shield protection. He also had color chips for choosing the drip edge. The attention to detail made me feel comfortable in selecting Feazel to replace my roof and gutters. Furthermore, Feazel was very good at addressing any of my concerns. For example, my asphalt driveway was replaced just a couple of weeks before the roof was installed. I was concerned that with the current high temperatures, the driveway could be damaged by the weight of the dumpster used for the installation. However, the roof installers did an excellent job of covering the driveway with tarps, wood sheeting, and other boards. When the work was completed, there was no evidence that a dumpster had been in the driveway for a day in 90 degree temperatures. Both the Sales Representative, Jordan Peplinski, and the Project Manager, Richard Williams, were helpful to respond to my questions and concerns throughout the process. I am satisfied with both my new roof and gutters from Feazel.

Everyone from the first rep that came out to assess the damage to the crew who installed the roof were so kind and professional. I’ve never had to replace a roof before so I didn’t know how insurance and adjusters work (or didn’t work actually). There were so many people at Feazel who fought for me, pushed the insurance company for replies when they weren’t communicating and kept me in the loop when my adjuster didn’t explain things to me. I felt like they saw me as a person and not just a check and in business that means something. They had a person for me to talk to every step of the way and the installers were fantastic. They kept me informed throughout the job on what was happening and used tarp around everything so well that my garden was totally protected and we only found a couple nails through the entire property! Shout out to Gabe, Mindy, Jon (life saver), Rob, Mason and the crew.

Feazel did a great job of installing our gutters and leaf guard! They got it done in one day!! Also, they were affordable and they followed up after the job was completed to ensure everything was satisfactory with us.

Great service, communication, and price! We had hail damage and Feazel was terrific at explaining the whole process, giving us a fair estimate, and working with us and our insurer to make sure everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend Feazel as part of any set of estimates you receive.

Worked with Feazel regarding storm damage from July 2023. Replaced entire roof, gutters, downspouts, and gutter toppers. Feazel worked with Eagle Eye Public adjusting so we could receive maximum replacement cost for zero out pocket expenses. Work was exceptional. My house look marvelous.

This was an insurance claim due to hail damage.
The first contacts with Feasel ( sales and inspection) were on-time, they communicated the process and the expectations clearly and took time to understand my concerns about damaging our landscaping.
When the crew showed up, they had tarps and sheets of plywood used to protect the foundation plants and to direct the tear-off materials to the bottom of the tarp. The crew brought their own trailer for the trash. They did a tear-off and replacement of the entire roof in one day. They came out the next morning to do an extra sweep for nails and materials.
No plants were damaged and the roof looks great!
I recommend them as an example of a roofing company that does a professional job.

Just had a total roof replacement and I am happy to say that it was a great experience from star to finish. Jason Reineck was the field inspector inspected the roof with my insurance adjuster. Jason got the whole thing started off for me and he simplified the project for me. The insurgence company sent a payment that didn’t include some off the work that needed to be completed and Feazel ran with it getting it approved and the additional moneys sent for the roof. Eric Isakov was the project mgr and Santos’s was the crew leader. They were nothing but professional. They covered and protected my land scraping and our large patio area. I found every one I worked with to be helpful and they kept me informed. I was nervous about picking a roofing company but I picked the right one. Garry

Feazel replaced roof on my house, including complete tear-off of old roof and installation of new roof. The project manager, Dan Galli, was on-site and walked around with me during the work and described the progress being made. The work crew was very professional and neat. They carefully placed tarps around the house to protect doors, windows and landscape plants. They would answer any questions I had. I recommend Feazel Roofing for a great job.

I got 3 estimates and Know A Guy Roofing was the best by far. Isaiah and Zack explained what would be done and told me when it would be completed. When I had questions Isaiah was easy to reach and returned all text and voice messages.,The work was excellent and there were no unexpected cost increases or delays. I will use them again if I have a need for roof repair or gutter work in the future.

My experience with Brian O at Feazel was outstanding. He was organized, persistent with my insurance company, and a pleasure to work with. While I hope I don’t need a new roof again for many many years, I would do business with Brian any day! Oh, and my new roof looks amazing!!

Brian Ogrin and the crew at Feazel Roofing did an outstanding, professional job replacing our roof, which included new copper roofs. They also did a spectacular job making sure that everything was cleaned up every day. No stray roofing nails or shingle pieces were left behind. This was extremely important for us and our two dogs. Brian made the process incredibly easy, and made sure I was informed and aware of every step of the process.

Everything, and everyone Feazel is fantastic! Brian our sales guy was amazing from start to finish! The crew was efficient and very professional. They even stopped their work for a quick minute in order for me to get my senior dog outside for a restroom break. The communication with Feazel is excellent and they kept me aware of everything that was going on! I highly recommend Feazel if you need a new roof!! My roof looks great……the whole experience was pleasantly surprising!!

20 years ago Feazel re-roofed our house with steel shingles. The roof is virtually as strong and secure as it was when first installed. Over the past 20 years, there were two instances where work was needed to reinforce seams - and Feazel was out at the house promptly, making repairs under the warranty, without any hesitation and without charge.

When we had the roof put on, we also had a local contractor build a two-story wrap-around deck - roughly 1,200 square feet for the second story. Feazel supplied the rubber membrane that protected our house from the weather.

This year, we needed to have that second-story decking replaced. We called Feazel, and contracted with them to replace the membrane. Frank Drummond prepared the bid and worked with the decking firm. The two firms worked really well together, coordinating their schedules so that the job could be completed within a few weeks this summer.

The workers from Feazel did an outstanding job, reintegrating the membrane under the existing steel shingles and preparing for the new decking. They were courteous, careful, and efficient, cleaning up daily and showing up just as they said they would. They answered my wife's questions and followed through by doing what they said they would do. They also worked really well with the decking contractor, so that when all work was finished we had exactly the deck we wanted.

My wife and I found that it was really good working with Christy at the scheduling office, with Frank throughout the bidding and contracting process, and with the team of workers who came out to the house.

Feazel did an incredible job on our roof. Our project manager (Eric Isakov) is exactly the person you want managing the process. He provided excellent communication throughout the day and made sure he asked us our opinions on build decisions and gave us frequent updates. The crew leader (Ray Arias) and his crew worked incredibly hard to get the job done in one day (worked from 6a to 9p) and were thorough when it came to moving our patio furniture at the start and moving it back at the end. They also paid great attention to detail during cleanup, using magnets to pick up nails and blowers/tarps to make sure things were tidy even when cleaning in the dark. I dont think you could ask for a better crew for the job! You can tell they care about their work

Rich Williams and his team of roofers, plus multiple people in the office helped make this a pretty painless process.
The finished result is professional and well done.

Feazel replaced my entire roof, gutters and siding on my house. My house was about 20 years old and it was time. I have a new house thanks to them and it looks amazing. John, Andrew, and Eric were all wonderful to work with. If I had to do it again, I'd want all these guys by my side to do it again. Any issues that came up, I could call them and we would get it straight. I now have a home that I'm proud of and it was a great experience. Hopefully this helps others make the decision.
