Tree reviews in New Albany, Ohio

Great communication and quick reply. Very professional services. Highly recommend for removal and grinding. I was glad to see my cotton tree gone.

West Tree Services has taken down and disposed of multiple trees in our yard. They are quick to respond, show up on time and are done before you know it. The crew is professional and leaves the yard looking great. I will continue to not only use their service but highly recommend.

West Tree Service did an amazing job cutting down our 60 ft. maple tree. The crew worked together well and finished the job in less than 2 hours. The cleanup was thorough as well. I highly recommend this business.

Awesome tree and stump removal.

Thank you!

Best price in the area and delivered same day!

Very happy with the tree trimming service provided! Would recommend for any tree job!

Very honest and did exactly what he said he would. Jody West is a stand up guy!
Thanks again!

Work crew took out a small/med sized tree within 15 minutes. Price is very fair. Will use again.

Horrible service. I’ve been reaching out for a week and I’m consistently told that he’ll be out either that day, or another day, and he never shows. It’s really disappointing because I’ve heard nothing but good things, but I have experienced the exact opposite.

My experience with West tree service was Excellent they did exactly what I wanted them to do and they cleaned up afterwards And the price was very reasonable

On MARCH 18th I had west tree services come out to remove my tree ,and as far as doing that ,,they did great job but when the gentleman digging out tree stump he did not get all of it and then left ,I found out two days later that there was a 15 inch long by 7 inch tall piece sticking out of ground covered by all the wood. Chips on the ground ,,I CONTACTED the owner jodi and he said he would be out to correct it ,,25 days later of calling him time an time again,, now he is not answering the phone it's hard for me to take him for his word,,finally on day 27th he came out an two minutes later he was done ,,why did it take you 27 days to do a 2 minute job

They cleaned up my yard in one day. Did an amazing job. Very reasonable price. Excelent service.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Communication was on point, work was timely and cleanup was impeccable…. This is one of the best tree services serving central Ohio hands down

They did a great job. Showed up when they said they would be here. Did what they said they were going to do for the price that was quoted. Thank you West Tree Service. I would highly recommend!

Jody and his team trimmed and cleaned up all my trees. Trees look great! Very professional and affordable. Highly recommend.

Prompt, cost effective, and neat. I couldn't be happier. They came recommended to me for pruning, tree removal and stump grinding, they did all three, and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs those things.

West tree service has done 2 AMAZING jobs for me!!! First trimming my oak in the front yard and today cutting down a huge useless and dieing pine tree in the back. When I say they went above and beyond on this MAAAANNNN, they even took out the brush and vines around the back yard also. I can not thank them enough.
