jody and his crew were unbelievable.
we had some large silver maple trees that were very close to the house that could not be removed with just a machine or a truck. They need to have skilled climbers to do this. They showed up in the morning and went to work and worked all day during the day. I checked my cameras to see how things were going. I was amazed at how fast and professional they were doing , they only took the trees down quickly, but they were very careful not to damage any of the property around the house. When I got home, I talked to workers. They were amazingly respectful and professional, and friendly.. if you were concerned about getting some work done, I would give them a call. I definitely recommend them and will have them come back again in the future.

Unbelievable quick and professional service. SIX-man Team showed up with all the equipment needed. Took down 2 trees, ground two stumps, and even trimmed up a street tree without us asking!!!! They were safe, polite, and the cleanup was impeccable!!! Highly recommend!!! Price was amazing too.

Jody West and his crew are absolutely incredible. Their level of professionalism, courtesy, and expertise is truly unmatched. From the moment they arrived, they took the time to patiently explain the entire tree removal process, including the necessary steps for replacing the trees and addressing any concerns I had.

This morning, I was astounded to find that Jody and his crew had already completed half of the job while I was away for just an hour. Their skill and speed were truly remarkable. When I inquired about the roots that had lifted my driveway, Jody assured me that he could handle it without any issues. To my amazement, he used an excavator to lift the driveway, carefully cut the tree roots, and then seamlessly restored the driveway to its original condition. Not a single trace of damage was left behind. In fact, he even took the extra effort to fill the holes where the five trees once stood.

What's more, Jody went above and beyond by removing a dead pine tree and an unwanted tree that had been growing in the back corner of my yard for a long time. It was a pleasant surprise, as I had only mentioned it briefly and never expected it to be taken care of.

I wholeheartedly recommend Jody and his team to anyone in need of tree removal services. Their outstanding workmanship, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set them apart.

Jody and his team did an amazing job removing two large trees (stumps included), trimming a small tree and trimming a very large oak. They completed the work in one day and were very thoughtful with the cleanup. I was quoted by two larger companies for only the tree removal and not trying for 2k more.

I highly recommend west tree service!

Bonus was they came out 5 days after estimation and left me plenty of fire wood stacked.

They saying you can only have 2 of 3: Cheap, fast, and high quality do NOT apply here.

West Tree Service came out today and removed our very large tree (it's the second time I have called them to do tree work). Their motto should be "If you want the best, call West" because when it comes to how they operate and value your expectations, they are the best around. Excellent crew and cleanup, they always make sure you are happy. I have reccomeded them to all my neighbors and friends, and I rarely do that for any company unless they earn it.

I employed West Tree Service, Inc. to remove 5 trees from my property. I am very happy with their work. They were prompt, clean & affordable. I would hire them again, if I have the need. I am adding an addendum to my review. The tree service was unable to grind one of the stumps out due to the stump being either too close or under the fence that borders my property. I was told to give them a call when the fence was removed & they would come back out to remove the stump. I called (texted) them on a Tuesday afternoon & was was told that they would be out by Friday to remove the stump. They didn’t come on Friday so I texted them again and they said they would be here on Monday or Tuesday of the next week. I texted them to find out when they would be here & they never heard anything from them. I am not a happy camper with them and am lowering my review of them.

Horrible service. I’ve been reaching out for a week and I’m consistently told that he’ll be out either that day, or another day, and he never shows. It’s really disappointing because I’ve heard nothing but good things, but I have experienced the exact opposite.

On MARCH 18th I had west tree services come out to remove my tree ,and as far as doing that ,,they did great job but when the gentleman digging out tree stump he did not get all of it and then left ,I found out two days later that there was a 15 inch long by 7 inch tall piece sticking out of ground covered by all the wood. Chips on the ground ,,I CONTACTED the owner jodi and he said he would be out to correct it ,,25 days later of calling him time an time again,, now he is not answering the phone it's hard for me to take him for his word,,finally on day 27th he came out an two minutes later he was done ,,why did it take you 27 days to do a 2 minute job
