Tree reviews in New Franklin, Ohio

Just had the guys out to remove some large dead trees. Aaron and the guys were great. Location where the trees were was in a somewhat difficult spot with some extra efforts made to remove them. The guys removed the wood and did a fantastic clean up job.. Very respectful and curtious. Thanks guys!!

They fit me into their schedule on short notice. They trimmed my large old oak trees quickly and with obvious experience. Arrived on time and got the work done quickly and were very thorough all the way thru cleanup.

Apex completed the take down of my tree in 1 day that other services said would take 3 days. Extremely professional with great customer service. Best prices and personality in town.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Apex Tree! They came and took down a monstrous tree that was sitting way to close to my house. They very carefully brought it down piece by piece. I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. From taking the tree down to all the clean up work, they did an exceptional job and I would highly recommend them!

As soon as I called Apex Tree after a storm had blown a tree on to one of our rental properties I knew I was in good hands. Aaron from Apex immediately visited the property and realized the urgency of the situation, which was followed with swift action and planning to get a crane on site to remove the Tree and associated branches before additional damage was incurred. We owe a huge thank you to Aaron and his team for a prompt and professional job!

Apex Tree Services is an exceptionally professional small business. Aaron, the company's owner, is a highly experienced, extremely courteous man.His quote was considerably more competitive than that of Davey Tree Services, which failed to even schedule our job until 6 weeks after the quote was given. Aoex scheduled us within a few days, showed up on time and accomplished a fairly complex double tree removal without a hitch. Clean-up was thorough and extremely professioal. This company is truly exceptional and I most certainly am pleased to recommend them.

I had Apex trim all my trees and shrubs. They did an excellent job at a fair price. They set themselves apart from the crowd by having a tree expert on the crew that has the ability to know exactly how to trim each tree to help it stay healthy, grow better and be more attractive. They even helped seal my white birch where pests may have attracted it. I highly suggest hiring them.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Professional, affordable tree service! Actually, they exceeded my expectations! Great, trustworthy people who did MUCH MORE than I anticipated for the lowest quote I received when I did the research! They cleaned up before leaving, and my home looked so much better than when they arrived! I will use this company again, and i WILL NOT hesitate to refer friends to Apex Tree Service! Thanks guys!!!

There is a reason Apex Tree Service has all 5 star reviews. They are everything that everyone says about them.
We had a pine tree taken down around some fencing and it was removed with no issues. We also had a very nice pin oak thinned out and it looks so much better.
Thanks to Aaron and the crew for a job well done, clean site and priced right. We'd use their service again when needed.

Aaron, Linn and rest of crew were awesome. They were very knowledgeable, professional and great to work with. They did a great job trimming my trees. They were also very reasonable. I have highly recommended them to my friends and will continue to do so. This is a great company that works with you to achieve the results you are after.

I had a very large ash tree I needed removed, it was between my house, electrical wires and a sentimental pine tree. He showed up on time for a quote, and more importantly he arrived when scheduled to remove tree. His price was very reasonable and they were very professional, knowledgeable and safety conscience about his people and my property. I have recommended him to family and friends who need trees trimmed or removed. I recommend Apex Tree Services for anyone needing to have any tree service done.

Apex Tree was very responsive and quick to come to the house for an estimate.. They were hired to complete a job at my mother's house and were very safe and thorough with meeting our needs. Price was very affordable compared to many quotes in the area. Very professional service and quality. Would definitely use again!

We have used Apex 2 times and they are the most professional guys around. They listen to what you want and are very good at explaining why your thoughts may or may not be good for the tree(s). They were on time, did an amazing job, and cleaned everything up with no left over debris. Their prices are reasonable too. If you need some help in the tree area, these are your guys!

Amazing!! Cut down 4, what I considered to be, very large pine trees from my back side yard. From start to clean up it was 5 hours. I was super impressed with the thoroughness of the clean up. The crew was very professional and courteous and seemed to work well together anticipating each others moves. Very reasonably priced. If I have tree needs in the future, without hesitation, I will be contacting APEX Tree Service to do the job. Highly recommended company.

I have used Apex 3 times in the last 2 years. The first time was right after I purchased my home, within a few months, the city sent me a letter mandating that my trees be trimmed back from the road (previous owner neglected) and gave me under a month to do this or be fined. Let me say, it was a LOT of trimming. I call Apex and although they were booked up, they understood the severity of the situation and came out on Labor day to get it done since they were booked up and did a fabulous job. The second time I used them, 20ft of one of my 50ft pines snapped off during an ice storm and landed across the neighbors driveway. She is elderly and I didn't want her to worry about dealing with it so I called Apex, and they came THE SAME DAY and cleaned it up. Finally the most recent time, I had four huge pines dropped and chipped along with a cherry willow, which was a nuisance, and they not only knocked this out in ONE DAY, the price was hundreds less than the next competitor. All this being said, the most important part of the service to me is the quality of service. They cleaned up their mess as if they had never been there and their crew are very nice and polite. Aaron, the owner, knows his tree's. He will advise you on the very best approach to trimming or removing them as to ensure that the tree is trimmed correctly and during the correct time of year. I ask a lot of questions when I have work done on my home and Aaron and his crew are most accommodating and informative. You will not go wrong having Apex handle your tree needs. They truly are the best.

These folks are top notch! Needed an area at the back of our property cleared of brush and some trees trimmed up. Did the work on time at the price they quoted. The work exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Aaron is so knowledgeable regarding trees. He came out that same day and talked to me explaining everything in detail. He gave me advise and amazing quote that day. He scheduled the job the very next day before my new lawn gets done. His crew was so polite, respectful, and everything was done perfectly. I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you team for your amazing service

Aaron and his team do an amazing job! I have had them out twice now and I am very pleased with both experiences. The price is fair and they take great care to protect the yard and clean up afterwards. I will not use anyone else, thanks Aaron!

These guys did an excellent job and trimmed my oak trees as I specified. They also informed me of best time of year to trim and were professional, through and through. My yard was cleaned up and I'm overall very pleased with the experience along with pricing that couldn't be beat.

🌳 5 Stars! Highly Recommend! 🌳
I had a great experience with Whisman’s Apex Tree Company! They took down two trees on my property quickly, safely, and professionally. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the yard clean—no mess left behind. Everyone was friendly and respectful, and the price was very fair for the work done. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing tree work done right!
