Ryan was very personable, friendly and accomplished the work of a maintenance on the furnace in manufactured home. He seemed knowledgeable and diligent in the service of a check and cleaning for the upcoming heating season. This service was performed under membership contract for the heating and air conditioner.

Scott let us know that he was on his way before arriving. He was here to inspect our furnace and found an issue with our humidifier. He fixed the issue, so we would be set for the holidays. He kept us informed throughout the inspection and repair. We appreciate his professionalism and would request his help in the future. Thank you, Scott!

Technician was very knowledgeable and very thorough. I received excellent service.
The technician provided me with good advice on how to continue to take care of my system. And programs that they have, you pay a yearly fee and you get all of your HVAC needs taken care. Great experience.

Damian did a very nice job with servicing and maintaining our furnace. Very professional and communicated well the service he provided. Respected our home and took care of our furnace needs in timely matter.

Two year old 50K btu Maxx garage heater. Blower fan at the rear quit. It took several trips to get it resolved. Replaced the blown motor, only to discover it also took out the control board. The cost ran almost $1100 with the motor, board and service labor. A new one of these is less than $500 at Lowe's or Home Depot, so it is a bit aggravating from that standpoint. Not their fault the manufacturer provided a crappy fractional horsepower fan motor. They did a good job in the end of the day.

Ryan did a phenomenal job on short notice providing us with a full assessment and options to repair or replace the furnace. In the end I was confident in our decision to replace. Thanks you Ryan!

From start to finish Simpson’s is top notch. I use them for all my repairs at several locations. I recently need to update our home HVAC system and it was no question on who to use. Tom listened to what we would like in our new system and gave recommendations based off his knowledge. On install day Gerson and Pedro showed up on time and excited to get to work. They made sure they protected the floors from the entry to the basement furnace room and cleaned up at days end. The attention to detail sets Simpson’s apart from the other companies.

Great company that offers great service. They respond very quickly and have the highest level of integrity only perform the services that are needed. They fully explain everything and give great options if there’s a couple things to look at. I’ve been working with Jim as my technician for over 15 years, he’s one of the best in the industry. They’re a great company.
