I was doing some yard work today and was highly disappointed finding trash in my yard and landscaping from the repair job done back in December (2 big pieces, around 6” long, of metal core with black coating, pieces of actual metal, and pieces of electrical tape. This made me angry knowing that the lawn mower could possibly pick the metal up and break a window or cause personal harm. I feel that when a person spends over $1300 that the workers should be more careful and dispose of trash instead of just throwing it down in the yard!

Can't pick just one of the choices for why I recommend this company. Mr Grady is punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Job well done, and thank you, sir! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We came home from work to discover we had no electricity and it was an issue with the main breaker. After several phone calls to various electricians Chuck came out that night to help us. He was able to get our electricity back on for the night and came back the next day to install a new main breaker and a whole new panel. Several places I called told me they couldn’t come for a week despite saying they offer emergency services but I am so thankful Chuck was able to help us out.

We were charged $189 per hour. Absurd. And he said he needed to ‘trim’ a tree. I asked if he needed us to take care of it and he said it wasn’t a problem then he proceeded to rip like a third of the branches off.

Chuck obviously knows what he is doing and did a great job. He showed up when he said he would, was pleasant to be with, and answered my questions without lording his knowledge over me. I particularly liked that his business is small and locally owned.

Chuck did a great job. I called him at 7:30 am and he was at my house by 9:30 am. By 4:30 pm I had power back on, new breaker box with new breakers and new outlet. Fair price, great service and a job well done.

From the 28 second phone call I just had with Chuck, I would advise to never use this company, EVER. He was extremely rude and suggested I was wasting his time before I even had the chance to explain what I was looking for. Would give him 0 stars if I could. How embarrassing.
