I use H&M for snow removal across multiple sites in the Cleveland area. They offer a fair price for services and I would recommend them to others. During some storms it can be difficult to keep up but you have to understand they can't have a plow truck for every business, just have to be patient and they will get to it. Mark and his team also listen to the client well, as in one case they were missing a dock door on our property but after pointing it out they serviced it every time afterwards.

Just completed the replacement of a rotting wood deck with solid PVC. But first, let me say that I acquired 6 bids as they were all over the cost map. Of the 3 lower bids, I visited prior work by all three as I don't write 5 figure checks without carefully qualifying craftsmanship. H&M's work was the ONLY work I visited where structural integrity was excellent, quality of layout and joints also excellent. The others looked like they rushed the job and each was sloppy - at the same or higher price!

The trick to my deck was to remove as much of the rotten wood as possible around an existing screened-in room. The room had been build on top of the old wood. With great care and diligence, all of the old wood was removed carefully, with enough removed from under the edges of the room's walls so that the new material fits perfectly. You would never know the room was ever part of a wood deck.

The job was not rushed. All work was done at a reasonable pace resulting in a superb quality job. As a craftsman myself, quality of workmanship is VERY important to me. With all of my due diligence, I found the right guys for my job and will enjoy for years to come!!

Really good landscaping company. My husband & I just moved into a new home & needed some work done around the home I had some ideas but H&M drew up the plans and it was BEAUTIFUL! The new cement edging is a GREAT IDEA WE LOVE IT. I would use them again. I wish I could give them a higher score then a 5 star because they earned It!

Would never work with this company again. Owner is not ethical and gauges customers. Had fiberglass pool installed by them and later found a small crack in the fiberglass. Called Mark and was told he would drain and brace at his cost and I would see why I paid a premium for his services. I went to book the service and received the price of $3,750 to do the work. I immediately stopped the process and reached out to Mark, he would not budge on price, provide any information on how he came to such a big number. I then reached out and found one of his competitors who said they would do it for $1,750 for me even though the didn't install the pool. If they did the pool, the cost would have been $1,250. He tried charges me $3,750!!!! This piece of work was triple the price, he is a unethical business person, in my humble opinion and a complete liar.

Find a different company - stay far away!!!!

H& M just completed our patio, we are so happy with how it looks, it is just beautiful! Everything we asked for we got, the pattern for our pavers was spot on, the stairs are awesome! The entire staff from beginning to end were so professional, polite and "hard workers". They worked in unbearable heat and finished on time! Thank you H&M I will recommend you highly!!

This year we have officially redone every Landscaping project at our house that H&M has handled. we could have redone one of the projects last year but was so upset I just let it go until this year. see that they're rating equals about 4 out of 5 people satisfied with their projects that's not very good considering we had three separate projects done at our house all of them unsatisfactory if anybody has any questions please feel free to contact me I have photos, history and timelines of everything that happened. the first project they did was a simple power washing job we noticed right away that the operators of the Machinery were struggling trying to get it to even run properly they had to come back and completely redo the job including sanding down stone that they damaged damaged leaving grooves in it that's still there today after they tried to come and repair it. the second project was a dry River bed they're supposed to dig out and refill all they did was add more Stone and widen it completely not what we wanted to do we gave them multiple chances to correct it they couldn't get it correct we hired another company to come out to dig it out for us we offered them the money for the materials that they had brought to the job but they refused to take that and sued for breach of contract. our lawyer suggested we just pay the money it would cost us more money in court pretty shady. third project was done completely Incorrect and failed within a year that was leveling and regrouting a stone patio which we had installed 12 years previous to that the grout they installed failed after the first year allowing water to get under the stone and freezing creating uneven areas on the patio as the grout failed seeds and other plants got into the cracks and completely grew out all over next thing we started having trees growing in our patio. been stewing over this for several years not wanting to post a review but as I am cleaning up my patio getting ready to redo it myself I just got so upset again

We are extremely happy with our experience with this company. We had a storm damage situation that took some creative thinking to rebuild an old brick patio. The results are amazing, better the ever. The crew is knowledgeable, efficient and easy to work with. 👍👍

I went with them thinking they’d be affordable—big mistake. Even if you save a few bucks, it’s not worth it. Everything is done on paper, it takes days for them to return calls on a landline, and they tack on fees for using a credit card. They keep charging even after I cancelled and gave my routing info. Total hassle. Never doing business here again.

Oh plus their chemicals killed my grass!

We hired Evergreen Landscaping to work on our yard, after a recommendation from our neighbors. We recently moved into a beautiful home that had an overgrown yard and needed some tender loving care. The owner, Dan, met with us on the property, and we discussed our concerns as well as getting beneficial input from Dan of things we hadn’t considered. He got back to us quickly with a detailed quote that matched our discussions with various options, and we agreed to have the work completed. I can’t even tell you how amazed we were with the work that was completed over the next two weeks. We had family over for our daughter’s two-year-old birthday, and everyone complimented on how beautiful this made our house look, and how much our property stands out in our neighborhood. The design exceeded our expectations, each person on the crew was working constantly, courteous, open to communicate what they were doing. Want to bring special attention to John who was in charge of the project and walked the yard with us everyday, coming to the door every day or sending us texts when we weren't available. John truly made us feel like he cared about the yard as if it was his own yard and that meant everything to us. His team, Alex, Peter, Terri, and Chad were also exceptional with any request we had (and Chad even helped us with our pool because he saw a couple things that could be optimized with our filter/heating) We were especially impressed when we had some feedback that we were worried went above the scope of the project discussed and within hours, they would do exactly what we requested. I also want to add the owner either was onsite or checked in with us regularly as well as his team. Not only does our yard shine, the men were punctual, clean, pleasant, and hardworking (in horrible heat). We really enjoyed working with Dan, and his team, and highly recommend them. Very professional, creative and knowledgeable. 5 stars.
