Excellent experience. Zach is extremely responsive. There was an issue with one of our trees and he took care of it immediately. Probably one of the best companies I’ve worked with.

From our initial appointment to analyze our tree replacement needs through the actual planting, dealing with Independent Tree was an excellent experience. From sales to install crew, our dealings with Independent were prompt and professional. Our landscape has been improved.

We have used Independent Tree for a number of years for tree removal and fertilization. Most recently we had three large trees removed. The crew arrived on time and explained exactly what they were going to do while at the house. They performed everything quickly and efficiently. Clean up was amazing. I have recommended Independent tree to all of my neighbors!

Very satisfied. The work was done on a soggy day in January and the crew very careful and did not damage the lawn. The work was done as quoted - there were several trees that they trimmed. The results were great. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes.

We had 3 large trees removed from our backyard. Independent Tree are very qualified. We had power lines and phone lines to go around. They did this with such confidence. Very professional. All 3 trees gone and clean up was excellent.

I contacted a number of tree arborists to remove a couple of trees that were potentially damaging to our house. I received a competitive estimate/proposal which I accepted. Liability Insurance was provided as well as other documents appropriate to the project. A three man crew arrived on the scheduled day with appropriate equipment (a hydraulic lift platform) and pads that protected the lawn to stage the work on the side of the house. All three workers had mesh network communications in their protective helmets so that any dangerous limbs were identified from all angles before they well felled. All debris was cleaned up immediately and taken to the chipper on the street. I highly recommend all of the employees (including office staff) of Independent Tree.

We contacted Independent Tree for removal of a large dead pine tree near our house. Very glad to have a local company nearby to choose from! Their schedule was quite full and other than the wait (we were in no hurry), the job itself was done very quickly. Crew was exceptional. The ladies in their office were so nice and fun to chat with. Highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Had a tornado down our street in august independent extremely busy but kept in contact until they could help Great job extremely professional and meticulous. Great job great estimates I will call them back in spring of 2025 to help with further serious damage to our property Thanks!!!

This is the best tree company I have ever used! All the people in the crew are knowledgeable and do a meticulous job. My questions are always answered about watering and other tree care. They are conscious of not pouncing on my garden and do a great clean up. Alan is a pro and gives excellent counsel about the health of our trees. He has saved our giant Austrian Pines that we thought we would have to remove. THE BEST!

We knew after meeting Alan and his knowledge of trees, we needed to look no further. The entire process was easy, his team was on time, completed and cleaned up everything. And my husband was very impressed with the equipment!😊

We had a large tree taken down and some smaller trees and pruning done recently by Independent Tree. They came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! Such a nice crew, a professionally run company and they left the yard cleaner than when they came! We had a great experience and would highly recommend them.

When you call Independent Tree you can sit back and rest and know the the job will be perfect from start to finish. No need to keep an eye on the crew. From start to finish this company is outstanding. Good luck finding anything to clean up after they are done as well.

Independent Tree has always been my go-to for any tree work including advice and timely applications. I trust the health of my trees to their expertise.

This is the third time I have used independent tree for mostly dead ash tree removal. This last time, was for removing two medium sized trees leaning precariously toward my garage. They arrived three weeks earlier than I was quoted.

The crew was very friendly and courteous and they were well prepared with the right equipment to do the job. When they left, you couldn’t tell they were here with the cleanup that was done.

I would recommend them to anyone needing tree work done. They know their business and if I ever need tree work done again, I will surely be calling no one else but independent tree.

We had an excellent experience with Independent Tree! Their customer service is outstanding! Communication was present throughout the process and follow up was great. The crew did a great job cutting down our large tree! We needed to have the stump ground down, which Independent tree coordinated that service. Allen, Gwen, and Brian know how to take care of their customers and genuinely care about doing the job right! They will have a customer for life!
