After requesting quotes from several companies, I chose Affordable Roofing. They were the most knowledgeable and didn't nickel and dime me for any additional charges. They tore off the 2 layers of shingles and installed the Owens Corning dimensional shingles one week after providing the quote.

Will Smith is the first contractor I have ever met that truly cares about his customers. We had him roof our home and also come back and paint our entire home. From our first interaction on the phone after we noticed our roof leaking, through dealing with insurance, and ultimately getting the roof replaced through our own means, Will and Jordan were excellent. From the schedule estimate to the schedule roof replacement. Will came over explained in detail everything that would be needed to complete the roof replacement. Also explained possible unforeseen areas that wouldn't be know until roof tear-off. All this based on his thorough roof inspection.The roofing crew showed up on the date and time and started working. They helped us communicate with the insurance company to replace the whole roof on our home. They suggested a good-looking alternative to the standard colors of other roofs in our neighborhood, which made our house 'pop' a little and was important when it was time to sell. They completed the work on time and on budget. We were very pleased. Even though it wasn't their fault, when a vent cap gave out and started to leak we called them and they helped us take care of the problem - that's going above and beyond to deliver great customer service! This is a great company! They recently replaced our roof, after another contractor botched the whole thing. The work is excellent and they did the whole job in one day. After the work was completed, they actually came in under budget and passed that savings on to us. Not many companies are honest enough to do that these days. The crew was curtious and prompt. The owner went above and beyond to help us and actually came out several times to keep a tarp on the roof until the weather was warm enough to install the new roof. I usually do not write reviews, however my husband and I had such an amazing experience with this company, we felt compelled to share it. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The painters from the Affordable Roofing Company came out on time and did a professional job. They covered the path from the door with plastic and the painting they did in my bathroom was very neat- no drips or streaks! I would definitely use them again.

We lost a bunch of shingles in a thunderstorm. I called The Affordable Roofing Company, and given that more rain was in the forecast, the owner, Will Smith came over that day to assess the damage. He noted a number of problems with the installation of the roof. He placed tarps over all of the vulnerable areas, met with my insurance claim representative the next day (who also noted the poorly installed previous roof) and then we made an action plan. It went very smoothly and the roof was installed in one day. He was on time or early for appointments and his crew arrived when they said they would--between 7:30 and 8:00am. I highly recommend the company for being honest, clear in communication, and doing a professional job.

Great company! They had the lowest bid out of five companies and had the most thorough evaluation and explanation of their services as well. The crew did a complete tear off and re-roof in one day and cleaned up everything very well at the end of the day. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to replace their roof.

Will was the third person to provide a quote for a total roof replacement after we sustained damage from a tornado. He came out, examined the roof and quoted a fair & reasonable price. His crew was fabulous & knocked out the job in one day.
