Reviews of local pros in Newtown, Ohio

Thank you Will and his crew led by Dennis. From start to finish I was extremely happy. Dennis and his crew showed up at 7:30am and didn't stop till the job was finished. What a nice group of workers! They were courteous and did a great job. They left the yard better than it was before they got here. They respected my landscaping and my neighbors. The roof looks great. I highly recommend Affordable Roofing. You can tell Will takes pride in his company. It is refreshing to deal with an honest company.

The Affordable Roofing Company did a total roof and gutter replacement on our 100 year old house. The workers were professional and did an outstanding job. The roof was done quicker than anticipated and all of the debris was cleaned with no trace that they’d ever been there. I would recommend the Affordable Roofing Co. to anybody looking for a great roof at a very fair price.

Will and The Affordable Roofing team are top notch. They did a fantastic job on our new roof last summer. Clean, quality, and great follow up. We had an issue recently (unrelated to the new roof) with a gap in trim around upper level of our home. Will and Dennis made it priority to come check it out and Dennis was able to replace the trim and close up the gap. Again not their problem but they made it their priority. Thanks Gentlemen. We really appreciate it!

Affordable Roofing put a new roof on our house yesterday. They did a great job! The whole process was smooth from beginning to end. I called Will and he came out for a quote within a couple days. He explained everything and answered questions I had. Then he gave me a realistic date range when they would do it. They came out yesterday at sunrise and were done by 6:30. And best of all, I quoted 5 companies and his was the lowest. I highly recommend them for your next roof!

Will and his guys at The Affordable Roofing Co did a fantastic job. We had a tree fall on our house from a storm. After Will came out and inspected the damage he fought with us for a rein-spection on the damage. Shorty after work was approved his guys came out and fixed the damage and replaced the roof. They were very professional and do exactly what they say. I highly recommend them and will be doing further business with them.

The Affordable Roofing Company did a fantastic job from start to finish. We had severe wind/hail damage. Will was always available and very helpful in answering questions in regards to the claim process. Once the claim went through, they were very prompt about samples and scheduling. They were even able to move our install up a few days because of pending rain. The install went extremely smooth. A few issues arose that we did not know about and they were able to take care of it on the spot. They were in and out in one day, the roof looks great, and the yard was cleaned up better than they found it. Coming from a construction industry where I have dealt with many, many contractors, I highly recommend using The Affordable Roofing Company!

Will and his team did a phenomenal job replacing my roof an gutters. They did the roof in a single day and I was really impressed with how thoroughly they cleaned up the debris from the property.

Based on the great experience I plan on using them for the interior remodeling my house needs.

10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I would highly recommend Affordable Roofing to anyone, Will was quick about getting a estimate done he is great to work with and vary friendly. He explained everything and answered all my questions, pricing very fair. When the crew showed up they put traps down all the way around the house. They cleaned everything up around the house and done in one day. Will and his crew did a fantastic job, the roof look excellent.

Will and his team were total rockstars...Will was willing to be my advocate and meet with my insurance adjuster after some heavy wind and rain where we experienced a roof leak. We all know it's difficult with insurance companies so that was much appreciated. We ended up replacing our entire roof (not insurance related) and Will was not only the best price I could find with a great warranty, but they knocked it out in under a day. The previous homeowner or builder did some rigging of the gutter system to create a shortcut and Will and his team replaced the gutter and ran it the right way....they were absolutely awesome.

Will came out after the Memorial day (2019) storms to give me a quote and explain the insurance process to me. After my insurance company processed the claim, Will and his crew completed my roof replacement. The work was completed quickly and the quality of the work performed is second to none. I would very highly recommend The Affordable Roofing Company to anyone who is looking to replace their roof. Thanks Will for a great looking roof.

The team at Affordable Roofing placed a new roof on our home. Will came out and completed the estimate while answering many questions with patience and accuracy. The team was professional and even thoughtful as they completed the project. I have to go in and out of my house during the day for work and they made sure I had a way to leave by completing different sides of the roof before moving on. This team was fast and efficient and I would highly recommend them for your roof replacement or repair. They even went above and beyond by completing some work on the chimney while they were up there.

Will, the owner, came out and gave great advice and an affordable quote. My roof was replaced professionally, with a high quality, and at a great price. The crew was highly professional and cleaned up after themselves well. I highly recommend The Affordable Roofing Co.

Will at Affordable Roofing was wonderful to work with and the roofers were extremely efficient and did an excellent job. They were polite and cleaned up completely. The price was the lowest I could find and I was told by an expert that their process was top notch. Will was very patient with me as I talked to him long before I finally did it.

Affordable Roofing made my roof replacement very easy. They were very reasonably priced and I was extrememy pleased with the result. The owner, Will, was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. My house is 112 years old and Will's obvious love and passion for the craftsmanship of the old houses gave me the the feeling that my house was in good hands. The job was completed in 1 1/2 days as promised and due to rain on the second day, the crew even came out on Thanksgiving morning to finish. I would definitely use Affordable Roofing again and recommend them to others.

Will gave me great feedback and honest advice during the inspection. He was willing to work with me on scheduling the project, as I had other contractors simultaneously completing different work on my house. He honored the original quote, with no surprises in the final invoice. His team completed my new roof in less than a day, they were very professional and did a great job! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have work done on their roof.

From start to finish, a great company to work with. They're estimate was better than anyone else's, and the quality of products were better than some of the other estimates I received. They took the time to explain they products they used, why they're better, and what to expect during the day on install. There were no surprises, and the job was done in a day. They did a great job of cleaning up the property as well. I would highly recommend The Affordable Roofing Co. to anyone looking for a great roof for a great price!

Absolutely amazing company! We needed a full roof replacement and Will made the whole process super easy from beginning to end! The roof looks wonderful! They're very talented at what they do! I can't recommend Affordable Roofing Co enough- We will be using them for our future projects as well- house painting is next on the list!

I cant say enough positive things about this company. I had some issues with my gutters that were causing a major leak into my living room. Will's crew came within a short time after I contacted them, reviewed the situation and knew exactly what to do. They saved me from future damage that could have been very costly. His crew was friendly, efficient and kept everything so clean. The whole remedy was affordable and so much less than what other gutter/roofers had suggested. They get an A+ from me.

We talked to several different companies, and Will and his team were by far the most knowledgeable, and easiest to work with. They did an amazing job, and cleaned up fully. I highly recommend them for your roofing project. They even fixed our Fascia board that had been damaged from a recent storm. 5 stars!

Will and his team did an amazing job and went above and beyond to help us with installation of a few fans/vents we wanted to add to our roof.

They were quick, clean, thorough and finished the job on time.

Couldn’t recommend them enough! Like the name says, they are by far the most Affordable Roofing Company around, but quality does not suffer.

Will Smith (owner of the Mariemont, OH Affordable Roofing Co LLC location) was terrific! Responsive with inspection & quote... Great price (I had several estimates, so know his was reasonable).

Work was completed in one day...cleanup was spotless!

The new roof looks great!! The crew did a terrific job.

Very pleased & even asked Will for some additional business cards, so I could pass out to my neighbors & friends!

Definitely would use again (tho' I hope not to see them for at least another 20 years!!)
