We recently had our furnace replaced by Gerard and couldn’t ask for a better or easier experience. The company was quick to come out and provide a quote and recommendations. Their quote was much more reasonable than the other companies that we had contacted, and there was zero pressure from them regarding the quote. Additionally, they were prompt on getting our replacement scheduled. The two installers (Dan and Wes) were very professional and kind. Overall, we would recommend Gerard to anyone needing HVAC work.

Loved every bit of my experience with Gerard Heating and Cooling. They were affordable, very professional, proactive, timely and extremely thorough. They communicated every step of the way and explained in detail what their service entailed. Their technician, Tanner, was excellent!! I highly recommend them.

Furnace died irreparably when it was less than 20 degrees outside with 30MPH winds. Called multiple HVAC companies, the Gerard tech (Tanner) was far more personable than the others, verified repair was not an option first, provided three different quotes for various replacement system types, explained all the options, actively avoided sales pitches, and came in significantly less than the others. Also didn't charge or even mention a diagnostic fee. Once I decided to go with Gerard, they also offered to drop off as many space heaters as needed until the install could be completed. The installers, Nick and Ryan, were just as personable, efficient, and willing to answer any and all questions.

Top notch company! Gerard came highly recommended by others & had the best estimate - without trying to upsell me. Very professional from start to finish. Will use Gerard for all my future HVAC needs. 🤩…and I did! They just installed my new furnace. (Oct.2025) Always happy with the work they do.

I trust Gerard implicitly. I've had them out probably 4 times at this point and they haven't charged me for 3 of those visits. The one time I actually needed a repair they did it quickly and fairly priced. They always send the same guy (Ben), who is polite, explains everything, and will answer any questions I have. Their phone dispatch person is incredible as well, she always returns calls and works efficiently. I wish every home maintenance experience was as good as Gerard.

Gerard is awesome!!! My 23 year old furnace stopped working on a Saturday right before temps were supposed to dip into the lower 20s. They did not have anyone available to service it till Monday so the woman I talked to on the phone took the time out of her day to drive over and give me space heaters to keep wrm until they could get to me. On Monday TJ showed up to look at my furnace. He did not try to sell me a new furnace but did reommend that I start saving my money. He was very professional and courteous and was able to find the problem and fix it with a part that wasn't exact to my 23 year old furnace but worked!! Gerard does not try to upsell you or overcharge for what they do. They are very caring and wonderful people. I would highly recommend them and I won't be using anyone else in the future. By the way, this is my second time with them. TJ also did a thorough inspection of my furnace 2 years ago after I purchased my home.

Had Gerard Heating and Air come to evaluate malfunctioning furnace. TJ was the service man. He was polite, and diligent. He had a check list of items to diagnose the issue, but nothing seemed to be the cause. He called a supervisor, who had a few other possibilities, which also did not solve the problem. But undeterred, he persisted and noted a clogged condensation line. This remedied the problem and the furnace is working normally again. Very much appreciated his efforts. Will use Gerard in the future. Definitely recommend the company.

Great quote, great products, great people! Installation team arrived on time and finished in half the time they scheduled. They walked me through maintenance and set up my manufacturer warranty for me. No tricks, no subscription plans, no paid ads or remarketing. Gerard is the best!

Extremely thankful that I called Gerard. My furnace stopped working this morning and they came right away and were able to fix it, no nonsense. Echo what other reviewers said about the pricing being really great, technicians knowledgeable and trustworthy, and not being pressured into spending money on things I don't want. I'm actually amazed that good companies like this still exist after being burned so many times before by others.

Garrett and his team did a great job replacing my old furnace with an updated GE model in Hebron KY. They are a great team to work with, pricing up front, no hidden fees, reliable and efficient installation. Highly recommend.

Came out on a holiday weekend, did a thorough inspection. System is old so we did discuss potential replacement cost, which was incredibly reasonable and beat the price of other big chains. However, he actually figured out and solved the issue, telling me there was no need for replacement at this moment. Best of all they were running a holiday special so the service was free.

You can bet they'll be my first call when I do end up replacing the system.

UPDATE: eventually my furnace did start going out. It was over 20 years old and ready to go out. They didn't try to sell me on the most expensive replacement, in fact recommending something that would work just fine for my house without breaking the bank. They even threw in a discount as I have an expensive foundation repair to pay for.

The guys that came out to install the furnace we're extremely nice and courteous, and had the new furnace installed quickly. Comes with an excellent warranty. Gerard are my go to for anything HVAC related in the future.

Nick and Dan were my installers. They arrived on time and finished with time to spare. They also answered all of my questions and were happy to show me the new unit and how it worked.

I am a Realtor and Investor and I have had to call Gerard HVAC three times in the last three months to troubleshoot furnace issues at three of our rental properties. They were able to come out in a timely fashion, all the techs were very professional and diagnosed and resolved the issue quickly. You'd expect a company with such high level of service and competence to charge a premium... not at all... their fees were extremely reasonable. They have, by far, exceeding all my expectations and Gerard HVAC is the ONLY HVAC company I'll call and recommend in the future.

I had a great experience with this HVAC company. They were very responsive and quick to get to my house. Tanner was wonderful, he clearly explained everything he was doing and focused on fixing the problem rather than trying to sell me unnecessary services. Thankfully, he was able to resolve the issue along with giving me a little HVAC lesson. Bridget, who took my call, was also fantastic, so personable and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Tanner with Gerard did an incredible job, he even took the time to educate me on everything he was doing. Came in and diagnosed everything very quickly on my furnace and was very thorough. Didn’t try to upsell me, just told me the part and replaced it. Told me if there were any other issues to contact him and that he would even check in with me in a few days personally to make sure everything was working fine. I called and left a VM after hours in the dead of winter with sub zero temps and they called me back before 8 AM the next day and had Tanner out before 10:30. I am so impressed by the customer service, efficiency, and their cost effectiveness. All of my HVAC needs will be going to Gerard and will be recommending to anyone I know.
